Great Muslim Company! Worth every penny!
Always fast shipping and quality clothing. This is not just a throw together company. They take time and put love into the products. I usually wear a 3x but they run out fast so I ordered a 2x and the fit is perfect! Great craftsmanship! Alhamdulillah life long customer! Just got the “Ma Sha Alla” hat and it’s as good as a new era hat!

Order received timely but damaged to a Hoodie. Tried to reach out to resolve multiple times but customer service very unresponsive. Hate giving bad reviews but basic customer communication follow up is terrible from company’s perspective. Sad

Amazing service!! i received a pair for my birthday in the wrong size sadly. gave them a message on instagram and they helped me out with sending a new one out immediately. Will definitely be ordering again. p.s the arch rug shorts are amazing quality, just go for a larger size for a more oversized fit 😉

Don’t buy. Product never even shipped. No response from company
Bought $250 of product over a month ago. Item still hasn’t even shipped. Tried contacting the company multiple times (email; no phone number available) just to inquire about the status - no response despite several attempts!
Bought these items for my brother as a gift, I dont make a lot of money and I can’t even get a refund back. It’s so frustrating

I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. I reached out to their customer service team twice about it, and haven't heard back.
Update: they responded and I got a refund for my order. It's a trustworthy and legit company - I'm only not going over 3/5 stars bc I never received my order and customer service can be slow is all.

Excellent Customer Service
I originally left a negative review after receiving two shirts, one of which (the Muhammad Ali Dua shirt) was nothing like what was advertised. I was super disappointed at first. However, Sara from 5ive Pillars reached out to me personally and offered to send a free replacement without requiring any return or exchange. I’ve now received the new shirt, and it’s perfect, exactly what I was expecting. The “All Praise To The Most High Shirt” was already good, and now the replacement for the Muhammad Ali shirt is just as great.
Mistakes can happen, but the way 5ive Pillars handled the situation showed me they truly care about their customers. I’m updating my review to 5 stars.
