Horrible experience
Apparently they wait until they have a pallet to ship overseas. 5 weeks later and nothing - no tracking either. The company ignored my requests for a refund. I get packages all the time from Univere, Jovoy, Amyris, and perfumers all over the world and never waited longer than a week for a FedEx or DHL package. Spare yourself the headaches and order from a company that uses traditional shipping methods. I will never buy from them again.

Waiting over a month.
Over a month since I ordered my perfume, still haven't received it, and now the tracking number that I was provided doesn't work. Not good!

Suspicious USPS and email issues
Delivery has taken over a month and their reply to my first inquiry said it was stuck at US Customs. Today, I checked the status on USPS and it says “This may be because the TRACKING NUMBER IS INVALID; USPS has not yet received payment; USPS has not yet received the item; the item does not include tracking; or other reasons.” I am trying to email them and their email address is coming back UNDELIVERABLE. Have they gone out of business? Website is still up. I know US Customs has caused substantial delivery delays. Will give them till tomorrow to fix any email issues or send me an update but scam or not, it’s probably not worth the hassle and anxiety.
