I recently purchased a Kings Batblock and initially ran into a couple of issues with it. To get it sorted, I took it into the Kings store at Eastern Creek, where I was assisted by Matt from the tech team.

Matt quickly identified the problem as a blown fuse and had it fixed in no time. What really stood out, though, was the time he took to walk me through the system properly. He explained how everything works, how to run it correctly, and made sure I understood the setup to avoid future issues.

The service was professional, friendly, and very helpful. It made a big difference having someone take the time to explain things clearly rather than just fixing the problem and sending me on my way.

Overall, great customer service and support. Thanks again to Matt for the help — much appreciated.

I am not sure what product this review is for, but it doesn't matter. Kings make some good stuff and it's always budget friendly and that is why we keep going back.

the manager of the kings Parkinson store allows his staff to lie about the battery testing results.
I purchased to new deep cycle lithium batteries.
They were faulty and not holding charge.
Kings even refused to consent to mediation though the Australian Fair-Trading Office.
I wonder what message the manager of kings Parkinson store is sending out.
Your staff and kids should be ashamed of you...

Quick and easy shopping

I gave them two stars because it serves me right buying a cheap camping table and expecting that I would get a reasonable quality product. Bought online so didn’t get the chance to view it first as if I had I never would have bought it. Their 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee is rubbish. If you have opened the package they refuse to give you your money back. Not sure how I’m meant to check out the product without opening the box. The old saying poor man pays twice is so true. Warning don’t buy these inferior quality camp tables. They are rubbish.

Not a bad place get a few products here only had one break and they sent me a new one.

Return policy is very poor, charging a restocking fee if you need to return an item. Would rather shop elsewhere where there is flexibility on returns.

Prices are great and customer service is awesome

I can have three of their LiFePO4 batteries for the price of one known brand name. Put them in parallel and off we go boom!!! just kidding, so far so good with these batteries but who knows how long they'll last. Supacentre canvas bags are good value compared to others but not sure if I'd buy much else here.

Most of their products are cheap garbage, thats why they are cheap, almost all of what I have bought from them has fallen apart or stopped working, usually after a use or two, aside from their lithium batteries, which are actually extremely good value and a decent product, I wouldnt hesitate to buy their batteries again, the rest of it is only fit for the bin

Great customer service, helped resolve issues.

The shop will happily take your money and wash their hands of you. I was advised on a rooftop tent and told it would be compatible and fit my car. After purchasing I was told it couldn’t be taken out the box in store. Once home I mounted it to the car to see it was absolutely not compatible and far too big.
I contacted the call centre who were exceptionally rude and nasty on the phone. After being pushed around and sent back to the store and passed from person to person over the phone for the best part of a week my claim for a refund was denied. The store manager agreed I had been misadvised and that the tent was not fit for purpose. The claims departed still refused to refund me and made up every excuse to keep my money. The way I was spoken to on the phone was rude and belittling.
I also have looked online for reviews and it’s clear when looking on mass that the store is creating fake reviews en mass across social media.
Having spoke to other experts in the industry they advised that they see people like me (missold on their purchases from 4WD Supacentre) all the time. Do not buy from them!!

Kings gazebo ripped in half after 2 weeks of use, and they rejected my warranty claim because I told them there was light rain at the time, so they said I "misused it due to adverse weather conditions". Ha! Horrible product and company. Stay well away.
