Your whole system is not customer friendly. Got bad info from 2 reps. 3rd rep helpful but still artwork not received. getting estimate a pain. I think my customer has lost patience.

Restrictive Quantities and Shipping Costs!
The restrictive quantities are ridiculous. Especially for things like postcards, but anything else as well.
Then there is the shipping. How do all the other printing companies combine orders going to the same address, but 4Over either cannot or will not?

Quick and convenient
Ordering was easy and within our budget. Great selection of items to choose from. We chose delivery next day by noon and received the order nearly on time. I don't fault 4over for the couple hour delay as it was probably related to the shipper. I docked a star because we ordered a lot of stickers and the print was off center while the digital proof was centered. Luckily they were a quick giveaway to kids who probably didn't care but I felt like it reflected poorly on my ability to create a suitable image.
