Do not buy this item. It cost hundred of money but totally waste. Customer service didnt help and ignore even i ask where should i send for repair.

Their have common same problem where the item on but suddenly stop working and blinking.

Clearly says on the 4moms website if the machine is damaged you have 2 year warranty from purchase date and they will repair or refund or send new parts but they don't help and do not fix your broken mamaroo do not but this item!!!!!!!

Bought mama roo for £280 for first baby and got it back out again a year later and does not work! So now I’m left with a broken chair with no use to me!

WARNING! **The MamaRoos are a disaster waiting to happen!** Countless moms have experienced them breaking, and unfortunately, mine did *immediately*. To make matters worse, their customer service is nothing short of *abysmal*. They flat-out refused to honor the warranty, even though I had the original packaging and it was brand new. The treatment I received was shockingly rude — when I simply asked for a repair (not even a refund!), they coldly told me, **"We can't make everyone happy."** This company is an absolute joke. They clearly don’t care about their customers or standing by their products. I will *never* purchase from them again. **Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this brand.**

Customer service is awful. Hands down just don't waste your money. Had one break between kids and just past the warranty date. They wouldn't even help me troubleshoot the problem. Just dish out money for a new one.

Someone gave us a MamaRoo Bassinet and we were so excited to have a bassinet that rocked the baby to sleep and had a white noise machine built in.

When we received it, the bassinet would work as intended for the white noise machine but when we tried to put it into motion, the machine would go for a second and then stop and blink at us without moving anymore. If you look online at their support pages or online forums, this is a common problem for this product.

This wouldn't be enough for a 1 star review but when I tried to reach out to the customer service team, their only advice was to try different a different outlet. Once that didn't work, the only other option was to replace the entire motor which costs $350, only $100 than buying a brand new one.

After numerous attempts at getting them to advise on how to work on this ourselves to fix it with no luck, I have to write this review to warn people about this company. If anything goes wrong, you are on your own. They do not care and will do nothing to help you fix their own product. You'd think they'd have it figured out with how often this happens to this product. STAY AWAY.

We received what looks like a very old unit in a box that was supposed to be a new mamaroo. It was purchased from buy buy baby how we because they are closing they won’t take back this unit and advised me to go through mamaroo directly. The return policy and customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. The customer service rep was the absolute worst rep I’ve seen as well. Her name was Céline Lopez and she did nothing to help me, didn’t even attempt to try to do something. This was a gift to us from family over seas who paid astronomical amounts of shipping to get it to us.
Unbelievable customer service! I’ve been through about 10 hoops between her and buy buy baby and yet I’m still stuck with this used unit that someone obviously swapped out.

I definitely think a website that sells items such as these should have a customer service phone number. Being super inconvenient to reach makes the shopping experience very bad. I would definitely order from a different website that had a more normal customer service process.

It's one of those occasions where you do not get what you pay for. My son is only 10 weeks old and now this product makes a very loud banging noise with every transition. At this point, it's an expensive uncomfortable hammock that doesn't move

Im not one to leave reviews but I think this company deserves recognition. Bought a mamaRoo multi-motion baby swing in may. Not had it long had the dreaded flashing screen on base unit went on google for a quick fix to no avail. Quick phone call to customer services by the way was excellent advised to send proof of purchase and a quick video of the fault. Two days later a replacement base was sent out. Cannot fault their customer services and the way this company handles warranty issues.

If I ever buy something from This company again I will just take their product back to the store even though system the Box not to do that because I contacted them for them to fix their mama roo4 And it took him over a month and a 1/2 And then they have the audacity to tell me that my daughter will only fit in it she 6 months but they have a year warranty on that sucker. They had to send me Whole new base. My God my daughter got cheated out of The time she was able to use it. And on top of it all I sent him a video of what it was doing in a said that was normal and I sent him a video for a little bit longer in the noise it was making in they said don't use anymore. It took way too long to get a new base. Yeah probably not by from this company again. UPDATE THEY DID SEND ME A NEW BOTTOM BUT THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ALMOST THE WHOLE AMOUNT THE WARRANTY COVERED

I bought the rockaroo 2 days ago, and I con honestly say that it has been the biggest life saver! My 2mo hated being in her bouncer or on her play mat for any longer than 5 minutes. She always needed to be rocked to sleep. Now, I put her in her rockaroo and she will happily play and then nod off to sleep. With 2 other big kids, it'd made getting things done so easy!

Ik heb een elektrische wipstoel van €214 gekocht van 4moms. Ben al bijna 2 maanden bezig met de reparatie van mijn stoel. Ongeveer 6 maamde. Terug heb ik de wipstoel gekocht. Mijn kind heeft het maar voor bijna 1 maand gebruik van kunnen maken. Ik vind het echt zonde van je geld. Ik adviseer om je geld beter in een ander product te investeren. Mijn kind is al bijna uitgegroeid en heb spijt van mijn aankoop.

HORRIBLE customer service! They absolutely will not make it right when they make a mistake. They will just find a way to make it the customer’s fault. Disappointed and will never buy another 4moms product. Their return policy is a joke.

Baby loves it, speaker could be a bit louder.
