We approached 4Heron Ltd after being recommended and introduced through a mutual connection as we wanted to revamp our business website. The website we had before whilst being functional wasn't very inviting, the colour scheme was quite dark and needed brightening up to boost engagement rates. We knew we wanted to keep the same brand colours wherever possible and not lose sight of what we'd already built. We just wanted the new website to be user friendly and inviting and be really clear for our customers to use.

4Heron impressed us from the get go with their friendliness, down to earth (not pushy at all) approach and expertise. They just understood straight away what we wanted and made sure my vision was well executed. Even during the pandemic the process was seamless, regular Zoom calls, screen sharing and phone / email updates, we always knew where things were up to.

We loved the prototype collaboration they do, we really got to see at every stage what the website would look and feel like and we could leave comments and notes right there on the designs so no time got wasted. Where we sometimes went back and forth on what we wanted, 4Heron were always patient and helped guide us through several iterations of the design until we got it right. Nothing was too much trouble.

4Heron are hard working, focussed and determined and always go the extra mile no matter how complex the project to ensure deadlines are met. We were surprised at times to see how much could be achieved while the rest of the world was sleeping!

I used my in-house developer for the website build this time, 4Heron handed over to them after the designs were signed off but continued to act as an extension of my team and were always on-hand to help and oversee the completion of the works.
