Impeccable service
Impeccable service. I knew I was in excellent hands when Gene called me directly to explain that I had ordered a feature that came with another feature I had ordered, so I could have a refund. I asked for a credit instead and Leah quickly sent me a code for my next order. And there will be a next order as the two sets of glasses I sent were perfectly reglazed and, as other people have mentioned, scrupulously clean, upon receiving them back. The cost is highly competitive with other organisations providing this service and I felt the difference of dealing personally with a small business versus the abyss of a large organisation. Thanks Gene and Leah. You certainly have a new return customer for your efforts.

Business (GREAT) as usual !
There was a highly destructive cyclone, huge quantities of torrential rain lasting for many days with consequent widespread flooding and damage to roads, bridges and closing of airports, disruption to power and communities cut off and isolated but Leah and Gene still managed to ensure they provided the excellent service they are renown for.
My wife's reglazed glasses were returned with a minimum of delay with new multifocal lenses precisely fitted to her prescription that with adjustments personally suggested by Gene to give her renewed clear vision that she has missed for some time.
We are both very grateful that we can depend on the very economical and professional service given by 4 EYES OPTICAL.
We cant see us going anywhere else for vision needs
Highly recommended, try them, you will see how good they are !

I wanted a favourite pair a glasses re-glazed with a new script. Process was easy and prompt to send - only experienced a little glitch with website uploading prescription, but communication to rectify was simple. 'New' glasses are great!

Fantastic service
Just got my glasses back and they're fantastic!!! I loved my Valentino frames, but over the years the lenses got scuffed and damaged, so I'm really pleased that 4 Eyes Optical were able to replace the lenses for a very reasonable price!! Will definitely be using them again!!
