Kevin’s local knowledge of the trails and the area around Loch Ness is impressive to say the least. He is passionate about cycling and getting more people outdoors and on bicycles. He is quickly able to access your skill level in the bike and manage your experience so that it is one you will never forget. 5 stars from me - thx Kev

Kev is enthusiastic and knows his stuff about bikes. Came out to service our bikes quickly. He is thorough, you get what you pay for, so probably costs a bit more than some others.

Given our experience with Kev, I'm sure Kev's bike tours will be a great experience and we'll organised for any that go on them

Kev and 42Cycling have regularly come along to do some sender sessions at our Kidical Mass rides. He is great with the kids, improving their confidence on their bikes, while having fun and keeping them safe. Would recommend.

A superb weekend on the trail with Kev from 42. Excellent prep in the form of comprehensive joining instructions. All bases covered with a reassuring medical plan for all eventualities.

Once out on the trail, Kev excels himself as a host and considers his fellow riders as guests more than clients. His knowledge of the route and surrounding area is second to none and his enthusiasm for his craft is certainly infectious.

Highest quality of kit and equipment. Bikes are top quality and very well maintained. The whole electric package takes the strain and makes the experience all the more enjoyable.

Great lunch stops on both days and overnight at Morags. Even the damp weather on day 2 couldn’t suppress the enjoyment. Plenty photos and media along the way for those social media memories.

In summary, a great weekend adventure with great company, views and banter.

We came from Mexico for the Loch Ness 360. It was amazing!!!! Kevin is extremely well prepared, so we felt safe and ready for any emergency or accident. He also knows his way around Loch Ness very well and gave us plenty of options to choose between easier or more challenging paths along the way. He was engaged from beginning to end and made or experience unforgettable. We had an excellent time in a challenging route, and tons of Greats pictures&videos to look at when we’re back at home. Highly Recommended !!

Kev took my two kids (7 & 9) for mountain bike lessons and they LOVED it! They did sessions on the sender ramps, learnt about how to tackle them safely and the skills built their confidence massively. They went through the Cycling Scotland Go MTB levels 1 & 2 booklet. He also took them out on the trails to put what they’d learnt into practice. They had a fab time! The grown ups might need lessons with Kev to keep up!!

Kev is a fantastic bike tour guide and has a great knowledge of Inverness and Loch Ness. He also has an extensive knowledge of bike mechanics and whilst on the trails he provides tips and pointers to improve your style of riding. If you haven’t stayed in a hostel before I recommend The Fort Augustus Hostel as it is homely and extremely comfortable (the power shower is brilliant) and has a bar!!

Kev did a fantastic job doing a last service on my bike before i head off to do a 9 day, 970 mile cycling event. He was very professional and did a really thorough job stripping it down and re-assembling.

Great ride, great experience with Kev, great new e-bikes.

I booked the Loch Ness 360 with 42Cycling in late spring as I was keen on a mountain bike adventure. What a great adventure it turned out to be. Our guide, Kevin, is so enthusiastic both about cycling in general but also about the area around Loch Ness. He was full of great information and history of the area. He promotes the holistic benefits of such an adventure instead of it being an intense, endurance event. We made regular stops to appreciate the views or just to take in our surroundings. I would heartily recommend this to others.

New bike arrived and manager to discharge hydraulic fluid from reservoir onto fork. Kevin rebled the brakes and got me back on the road in short time. the usual A+ service provided by 42 cycling, The only company i will have service my bike if i cannot fix.

We went on a large group cycle ride in Glen Affric. Cami and Kevin were brilliant guides. Very high quality e-bikes. We had a brilliant day!

We had such a fun afternoon out on the mountain biking trail with Cami, We were a large group and I was particularly nervous however his tips and tricks had me bombing down the hill by the end! The scenery around Glen Afric was the perfect backdrop. The electric bikes allowed us to really take it all in too. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service from 42 cycling. Recently bought a pulse massage gun from them following an excellent demo, proper game changer for post event DOMs relief! It’s so good that the whole family have started using it.
In addition to this, the mechanical support from 42 cycling at a recent mountain bike event was first class. Can’t rate them highly enough. Service with a smile.

Just had the most amazing time these past 2 days exploring Lochness 360 route with 42Cycling. Our guide and company owner Kev with his enthusiasm and experience with cycling and the knowledge of the local area made the tour enjoyable and wanting more.

I would highly recommend his electric mountain bike (EMTB) tour of the Lochness to anyone who loves the outdoors.

You don't have to be a pro or novice cyclist to experience these sights, the EMTB glides you round with minimal effort.

I can't wait to do this again, its a must book event for the Highlands tour
