If I could give you a ZERO I would. 5 different tape products and not one will hold a simple picture that is not framed ( because your crappy products didn't hold it) on a wall. I just used 3 products together, it fell off in 20 minutes. All of your tape and hanging products are crap . crap!!!!

Jeg har henvend mig skriftlig 4-5 gang over de sidst 4-6 uge. og 3M ønsker ikke at svare vedr. defekt 3M WorkTunes. Defekt består i at det ikke muligt at oplade 3M WorkTunes Connect 90543EC1, da USB stikke er falde af, efter 3 opladning. WorkTunes er købet via Amazone.de. Amazone.de henviser til 3M når der er mangler ved produkt. Jeg er skuffer over, at man vil sælge, men ikke stå til ansvar for de produkter man sælger. Nu står jeg med et produkt, som jeg ikke har kunne bruge efter hensigt i de sidst 6 uge. og bruger en masse tid på det. Jeg er ikke imponeret! mvh Morten
I have been contacted in writing 4-5 times over the last 4-6 weeks. and 3M does not wish to respond regarding defective 3M WorkTunes. The defect is that it is not possible to charge the 3M WorkTunes Connect 90543EC1, as the USB plug has fallen off after 3 charges. WorkTunes was purchased via Amazone.de. Amazone.de refers to 3M when there are product defects. I am disappointed that 3M will sell, but not be responsible for the products they sell. Now I am left with a product that I have not been able to use as intended for the last 6 weeks. and spend a lot of time on it. I am not impressed! etc. Morten

Worst experience ever in this 3M store

Worst experience ever in this 3M store, 100 feet road, Hyderabad, India. Let me tell you a cycle repair vendor who repairs puncher has provided me better customer service than this store. Store Manager ( Mr. Ravi) was the worst person ever. I went to the store for exterior and interior car cleaning. Store Manager had no technical knowledge. All he was blabbering was it is 3M , we will do the job. Next day when I went , there is nothing which was cleaned I believe only effort they made was to create bill of Rs 9000. When I complained, he started shouting back at me. I mean it seems like I am talking to a road side gangster. Thanks to his other colleague who intervened and managed the situation otherwise , worst worst experience. 😑. Don't get into business if you can't train your franchise and managers on technical knowhow and customer interaction.

3m Doesn't give a F__K !

Title should say it all however Ill expand bought 6 pairs of ear protection 1 one failed out of the box I called 3m tech warranty... Here's were it gets frustrating if you have a couple of hours to get ahold of someone that can help and hopefully speaks english you can understand, My experience is I call then painfully go through the ai robot prompts then the run around starts I get to have 3m pass me around like a cheap stripper from one dept. to another than another this went on for 1.7 hours until I gave up!
3m used to be great in the 70s and 80s the 90s to current date is a dark period for 3m they sold out the customer for 1000x profits for themselves and moreover their shareholders... We the customer get the short end of the stick!

My company will now boycott 3m I just emailed my PO dept. and said meeting tomorrow 9 am. I will demand my PO officer STOP purchasing from this horrid company that used to be #1 sadly they rested on their laurels and their CS had dropped to - 10...

MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY EVER. THEY USE ETHICS POINT AS A "SHIELD", SO YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE HOTLINE WHICH IM SURE LETS THEM KNOW, THAT WAY THEY CAN INVESTIGATE THEMSELVES, AND MAINTAIN A "ETHICAL" IMAGE.
EVEN IF IT MEANS TERMINATING A SOLID EMPLOYEE AND KEEPING A UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEE WHO IS GAY TO AVOID A LAWSUIT FROM THEM...JUST LIKE WHAT THE POLICE DO...

Rude customer service on customer hotline

Had been an advocate of all command hanging products (would have their product in some form in every room of my home holding everything from thousand dollar paintings to towels in kitchen) until I recently when I struck a batch that didn't stick (fell off the pictures before even got them on the wall) and the response from command when I called was to completely dismiss me as they are quality controlledand I obviously didn't use them properly. Wont be using their product in the future because of their attitude. So disappointed.

Worst company to work with

Worst company to work with. I highly recommend staying away from the Detroit Market especially the KCI division. Scott Powell’s is the worst has no clue on what goes on in the office. Matt Winkleman commits insurance fraud by signing patients names on insurance documents. Jason Maletta doesn’t even go into any of the offices to know what is happening.They don’t care about employees. Beware!!!!

VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

DO NOT PURCHASE 3M PRODUCTS!!! I purchased their Scotch Brite(scratch resistant sponges) with the NEW SCRUB DOTS on the sponge, to clean off some sap on my brand new 2020 Trax windshield,(which sponge package states safe to use on glass) and the sponge scratched my windshield soooo bad, that I had to have my windshield replaced. After one and half months of sending proof of the damage, pictures of damage, windshield replacement receipt and the original sponge, they denied my claim stating there must have been a large stone between the sponge and my windshield (REALLY!!! Like I wouldn't notice a rock between and continue scrubbing my windshield). POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,IF YOU ARE WILLING TO BE TREATED AS A LIAR AND DENIED FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN GO AHEAD CONTINUING TO PURCHASE 3M PRODUCTS, BUT DON'T EXPECT A POSITIVE OUTCOME IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THEIR PRODUCTS............

Mascherine contenute in una busta aperta? Durante il covid??

Buongiorno, tramite Amazon ho acquistato un vs prodotto da un punto vendita di Napoli chiamato "Divise e Divise".
Il prodotto in questione è una confezione di 10 mascherine della 3M 8822. Purtroppo quando ho aperto il cartone che custodiva le mascherine ho notato che le stesse erano contenute in una busta di plastica non sigillata.
Ho richiesto la sostituzione al venditore, che mi ha invece assicurato che il prodotto viene venduto da 3M già in queste condizioni. Potrebbe essere un lotto precedente al Coronavirus? Diversamente stenterei a credere che la normativa permetta di vendere un prodotto del genere senza nessuna protezione e nessuna busta chiusa. Potreste gentilmente chiarirmi i termini della questione?

Micropore Tejphållare

För sårvård säljer 3M ett hudtejp som heter Micropore. Det är inget fel på tejpen i sig utan på hållaren. Den är otroligt dålig. Det är meningen att tejpen ska kapas genom att man trycker locket över tejpen. Jag är nu inne på min tredje tejp. Alla lock tillika kapare har gott sönder det första de gör.

1. Först ska man dra av ett perforerat klistermärke på sidan. Det går ju som det brukar med perforering och klistermärket går av så att det inte går att öppna locket. Det är svårt med fingret att få bort resten som sitter hårt och håller locket.

2. Sedan ska man få tag i ändan av tejpen nere i den trånga hållaren. Det sitter en lapp klistrad på tejpen som pekar på var ändan är men den hjälper inte till att få upp ändan.

3. Det är nu det händer. Locket är så skört att fästet spricker i "gångjärnet" medan tejpändan ska fram. Nu står du där med en tejp i en hållare som inte förmår att riva av tejpen.

Hållaren har bara en slät kant som det inte går att riva av tejpen emot så som alla andra tejphållare i hela världen har. Taggarna sitter i locket som är trasigt.

Sådant här ska man alltså brottas med när man har sår som ska läggas förband på.

Det här är en oerhört dålig produkt. Hållaren alltså.

I bought a simple weighted scotch tape…

I bought a simple weighted scotch tape dispenser on which the bottom came apart, spilling sand all over my desk and key board. I called 3M about a mmonth ago and they promised a replacement, which never came, and they never answered my subsequent emails. Their customer service person was very nice, but the service sucks. They were supposed to send a replacement. How hard is that---never received it.

I purchased over $150 worth of heavy…

I purchased over $150 worth of heavy duty Velcro stripping and proceeded to apply it to several lightweight fiberglass acoustic panels to avoid the necessity of screwing them into drywall. Upon completion I sent pictures to 3M showing them I was forced to screw panels in after all because of the inability of their product to perform as promised on the packaging. They proceeded to tell me they don’t give any refunds unless product is returned: I ask them if they are asking me to remove screwed in panels and remove their product to return it? Moronic. By the way…I used 3-4 Times what should’ve been necessary to more than adequately work.

3M's Worktunes Bluetooth are junk.

I purchased 3M's Worktunes Bluetooth wireless hearing protection to listen to music while mowing the lawn. What I went through was a long and frustrating process to troubleshoot. Right out of the box, they constantly cut out. It did not matter if I was on wifi or cellular. It did not matter if I was on the tractor, using the push mower or battery string trimmer or just walking around. My phone, a Samsung Galaxy S7, works fine with any other Bluetooth speakers I have tried, so I returned them and bought another pair from another source thinking it may have been an issue with the manufacturer process. The second pair did exactly the same thing. I lived with it for for a couple of summers, the only time I wear them, but now the cut out 50% or more of the time. Just got off the phone with 3m and because they only have a 1year warranty there was nothing they could do for me, regardless of the fact that they only get used for a couple of hours, once a week, 5 months a year. I can say that battery life is excellent, as I have only recharged them once a summer. If you buy these, and they cut out brand new, get your money back and buy a cheaper brand, as these are the most expensive ones available, and they do not work. The old advertising slogan goes, "Buy the best, you will never be disappointed", did not hold true for these. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with 3M and these Worktunes and don't buy them at all, choose a different brand.

Thanks 3m for stopping selling mask to customers who need them and selling them over seas! since I have to go out for the elderly and fix their heat or water or any other issues and you will not sell to me so I can protect them! Or my self! Since your company wants me to die from this virus. I hope you get it! I WILL NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN. Thanks for nothing, the little guy you forgot about! I hope after this no one buys your product!
