A friend of mine’s dog had passed away and I wanted to give her a memento for her to keep. I sent a picture of her dog amongst the bluebells , though I was a bit concerned that the picture may have been too busy. I needn’t have worried: it picture of the dog was replicated beautifully in the crystal and captured her likeness perfectly.

My friend burst into tears when she saw the crystal and said that she would treasure it forever. This product was worth every penny and I recommend this company 100%.

It came in just over a week and was well wrapped so there was no damages to the product.

My gift was very pretty but smaller than I thought it would be. Also when I was sent the receipt and the preview I was lead to believe that the picture would fill up the heart shape and it did not. My sister still loved it as she didn't know what to expect.

Beautiful product, I ordered heart keychain with a pic of my boyfriend and I, it's more beautiful in person! And I didn't know it lit up in different colors! Awesome product and great price. I hung it on my handbag, too pretty for just keys.

Order goes into a "black hole" - no information on progress until shipping. Since they are located in Hong Kong - shipping is masked until it hits US shores. A little disappointed in the contrast of the image in the crystal.

I got the wrong order. Trying to get it fixed is a nightmare. I still have not received the order that I bought. Do not order from them. Beware

I ordered 2 crystals and they both look absolutely amazing! I was a bit concerned how one of them was going to turn out due to the photo i sent in of an really old photo of my grandparents, but i couldn’t fault it! Can’t wait to surprise my grandma with it at christmas!
