Excellent service, clear detailed report with practical advice, and a really good common-sense approach to the survey. Tony and 3 Counties seem to be in demand - it took several weeks to book my survey, but I am glad I waited. Best thing is that Tony called me immediately after the survey to provide a verbal update of highlights. This is the first time I have experienced this quality of service from a surveyor - really impressive.

We couldn't have been happier with 3 Counties Surveying. All the folk we spoke to in the office were very human yet professional. Tony took the trouble to answer the many questions I had and listen to me expressing my concerns over various aspects of the property. As promised, he called me straight after the survey and spent over half an hour explaining his findings. The report was sent only 3 days later. The report highlighted a major expense we hadn't been aware of. Thank you to Tony and the team. I couldn't recommend them more highly and would definitely use Tony for any future surveys, hence the 5 stars! :-)

Having used excellent surveyors in the past (who now work in other areas) I had high expectations, and 3 Counties Surveying did not disappoint.

The customer service by Hayley and Tony was excellent throughout the whole process. Tony took great care whilst doing the survey, which was evident in the detailed report provided soon afterwards.

One really nice touch was Tony calling me straight after he’d finished the survey, to discuss the main points. I had a few queries after reading the report, and once again he was happy to spend time talking it through.

It makes such a difference when a company don't take days to respond to queries and bookings which is exactly what you need when buying a house as it takes a lot of stress out of the process. 3 Counties were very quick to respond to my request for a survey. I had RICS Level 2 carried out and was sent the report within less than 48hours. They were very friendly, helpful and the survey was carried out to the standard expected. They are also very helpful and available with regard to any questions you have following the survey. They are also very good value, another important factor when buying! As a Small Business company I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience. Amanda and team responded very quickly to arrange a level 3 survey. On the day of the survey, we met up with Liz who gave us a very thorough review of the property. The official report followed swiftly and was very detailed. We would use them again, without a doubt.

Company was super efficient in arranging the survey and managed to slot me in within 2 weeks of asking. Tony was very helpful in calling with a summary immediately after the survey with the key points of note and the survey document was incredibly thorough.
