We've had a great experience with 3 Counties. Hayley was very responsive in getting us booked in as quickly as possible and Tony was very thorough in his report, and talked us through it in the detail we needed as first time house buyers (and of a period property!). They gave us the confidence to raise the issues noted in the right way and supported us throughout.

The original phone contact was much more personal than a competitor. The price was also more competitive. It took a while for a date, but it was worth the wait. The survey, and Searches were amazingly thorough. There was an element of generosity as well. All in all a happy customer

The process was smooth, though booking the survey took a while due to their high demand. While the service was professional, the wait time and cost slightly impacted the overall experience.

Great communication throughout our surveying process. Both 3 Counties and Amanda kept us fully up to date with how things were going. Amanda telephoned us on the survey day and gave us a quick preview of the full survey and helpfully pointed out and explained anything untoward, which we found very useful. The full report when it arrived was very well laid out, easy to read and very informative. Overall we were very impressed with both the company and our surveyor Amanda. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service.

We made request to Level 3 Inspection for a house we’d like to buy in Wiltshire. Hayley did amazing job to schedule in prompt time that we can read and discuss the findings with Tony (inspector). We received an extensive written report and verbal communication with Tony to highlight some of the findings. Definitely reliable and great people to do bussiness with while we are in the US. The team was efficient and friendly, the survey was booked in fairly quickly and we got the report within a day of the actual survey. Liz gave me a call straight after to give a brief overview and answered my questions.

I was deliberately looking for an experienced local surveyor to check a property for me and Tony is exactly that. Communication was prompt and detailed. He went above and beyond to gather information on the property, including hard to see/reach places. He was generous with time to provide initial feedback and then to answer questions. Highly recommend. We ended up not purchasing the property due to faults that were uncovered as part of the survey and I am extremely grateful we caught them early. I will be both recommending and using 3counties again for future commissions.
