I was promised an ipad 13 inch upon payment the first time. I paid the full amount (2k+) and after that they told me they ran out of stock. A few minutes later they told me they had one more stock and asked me to make a reservation with rm100. I paidthe reservation fee and then after that when I want to make the
full payment they told me the stock ran out. They said they will refund me the money but by that time i've spent so much time with them and they've broken their promise twice. I hope i'll get the refund but this service is just too bad.

Slow response, just talk to AI. The only time you get to talk to a human is after you make a payment to purchase. After choosing your model they left you to the AI and nobody attend you despite countless follow up. Run while you can.
