My experience are very good with 360 lending
Matt was my first person I deal with 360 lending. He’s very delicate and professional. Once he got all the paperwork. Adam from 360 lending reached out to me and went through all of the details
All the processes went smoothly

I had such a pleasant experience with 360lending. Stephanie was so nice and explained everything in detail and was always a phone call away if we had any questions. Adam was great to work with. This has been nothing but a nightmare
false hope and promises
They have Private lenders and MORTGAGE CENTRAL NATIONWIDE - # 12785 they put me in touch with that are nothing more then the Mafia lender looking to take your home

There was absolutely no delay on my end I did everything I had to do in a timely manner
I sent pictures and show receipts
In order to get a partial payment I had to threaten to go to the ombudsman

This is a company with nothing but excuses and they are still shifting the blame and failing to take responsibility

Ladies ( Melissa and Patricia) were super Professional, fast, knowledgeable and good hearted people!
After a few "No Good" brokers I ve met and literally giving up (luck of Professionalism, honesty) I was blessed with this company!. This ladies are just amazing! Very happy customer here! Old school of Professional approach and Honesty. Hard to find this days unfortunately.
