Reached out to 360 Lending for insight on a real estate purchase, and although I didn't follow through, Dmitri was honest and forthcoming with what my costs would be. For now my original plans have been put aside, but knowing the facts and costs( which were higher by the way with other lenders, as I did my due diligence with reaching out to others) 360 Lending may still come into play in the future. Many thanks again to Dmitri, for being upfront and informative about how much it would cost me in the end, to accomplish what I had in mind. That is rare in this day and age.If anyone has reservations about borrowing, definitely reach out to 360 Lending first, as you will find out for yourself that they are competitive, but more important, honest and upfront, with NO multiple harassing follow up phone calls.

I found the agents to be very informative, helpful, patience and professional throughout my experience. Stephanie was in particular helpful. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

As a self-employed musician with very challenged executive function, I entered into the idea of a home equity loan with a lot of anxiety, but working with Dimitri and Patricia was an incredibly smooth experience from start to finish. I started working with Garry and Tricia for a mortgage renewal and the whole 360 Team. Garry was extremely helpful and when he was not sure to answer my questions he went to find the answer. This was a learning curve for Garry and he ran with it He never said "I don't know" and left the issue there, he did his research and now will know the answer if ever the same question is asked again. Garry is kind, hardworking, reliable and dependable.

Tricia was more experienced as I have worked with her previously. Once again Tricia worked extremely hard to make this transaction to go through and was happy to do it, even if I am not always the easiest to deal with.
