I would strongly advise anyone to think carefully before purchasing a vehicle from this dealer.

From the moment I tried to reject the car due to a fault, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I was told there was “no fault” with the vehicle, despite having written evidence from the garage confirming there was a clean break. Rather than taking responsibility or investigating the issue properly, I felt my concerns were dismissed.

The whole process has been stressful and frustrating, with poor communication and very little willingness to help resolve the situation. As a customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and support when a genuine issue arose, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience.

Based on how I’ve been treated throughout this process, I would not recommend this dealer.

As per the reply I could not disagree more you had the car advise the clock spring had a clean break then you would cover the cost of the repair and half of the transport which which I’ve said no am rejecting the. You ah e changed your story and now said there was nothing wrong with it.

Purchased a Skoda Octavia VRS from these guys. When I saw the vehicle advertised, I phoned and arranged a viewing with Dean the same day , the car was ready for viewing, Dean was great, no pressure whatsoever, took it for a test drive, couple of little jobs needed so agreed to purchase subject to these jobs being done. Dean kept me updated with progress and the car was ready for collection a few days later. The whole process was excellent, the car is great and I’m happy with the price agreed.
Buying a used car is not easy, but I would certainly recommend 2us4cars.

Whole buying process was made to be easy and efficient no car sales gimics. Dean was great and super helpful with the whole process and made the purchase easy. He was quick to fix any issues I had with the car under warranty with no complaints. Would recommend honest garage with great service.

Cannot recommend 2us4cars enough! We bought a 2013 BMW X5 last week. Craig was so helpful and answered all of our questions with no issues at all.
