DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE! THESE GUYS HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I placed an order online 8 days ago. My account was charged and I got a confirmation email. I was tracking my parcel and after a couple of days, I noticed that my item was not being shipped. I sent 2 emails (because there was no phone number on their website), and no replies. I finally found their number and called the store at least 3 times, left 3 messages, sent multiple IG messages until the last time that I called and I insisted that I will hold rather than waiting for a call back finally their store manager picked up the phone. I explained that it has been 7 days and my item has not been shipped and I need this item for an event. She said she will get back to me (which she didn't) . That night I got an email saying your order has been canceled. I called back this morning and the store manager (Natasha) said that their online store sent me several emails... which is a lie! I have checked all of my inboxes and spam folders and I do not have a single email from them. They I got all sorts of excuses like our team was not available during the weekend ,,, blah blah... Meanwhile, they have charged my account over $500 without sending the item and now they have canceled the order. I am calling my bank to make sure my money will be returned, and also have to figure out what do to with the fact that I am so close to the my event with no proper outfit.
