Called for an appointment for what I believed was a wasp nest. Overnight the swarm seems to have disappeared with no nest evidence.

Replied by text to cancel as instructed. Nothing back so I had to call them. Told they would not refund my £75 deposit even though they have not come to the property.

Avoid this company, I will never call them again

Habib was prompt, polite and so efficient. No possibility left unchecked. After first visit there was no more so activity and then at second visit we knew where they were entering the property and that entrance is now blocked. Really happy with the service. Thank you.

I had a really bad case of bees 🐝 just below the roof tilesi called frost pest control and they said they would call me back and true to there word Adam called me he said the technician was 10 mins away Khaled arrived and within 10 mins the bees were gone Khaled was polite professional and very knowledgeable 1000%recommend frost pest control thankyou 😀

I found the service poor. Delayed summary of work completed, poor job mice still there after main intervention service. I would describe their service as useless a waste of money. There are always asking for money and they have hidden costs.

Warm and welcoming explained everything dealt with hornet infestation very well. Said hello to the family was a delight to have round and made me feel safe and calm before and after removal. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Had a follow up visit from them to check on a recent rat problem. Their technician, Sami, was so thorough and informative he was a credit to the company. Very polite and respectful.

Jay came to my property on the 2nd visit . He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. He took the time to show me exactly what had been found and explain what he would do to prevent future issues. He clearly takes pride in his job and is very knowledgeable. I appreciated the patience he also had with my toddler who was asking 21 questions.

Sami was amazing with helping us find out where the source of the problem was. We cannot thank Sami enough for what he has done

Nabil was professional, knowledgeable and kind when visiting my father in law’s property today to deal with a mice problem. We were very pleased with his service and how pleasant and reassuring he was throughout. Nabil is a lovely guy and credit to your company!

Second visit today from Frosts - J attended. Very helpful & friendly. Good communication & punctual. Luckily no ongoing issue but peace of mind the problem was thoroughly investigated. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to have them re- visit if needed.

Called Frosts and Sami came out the next day. I had told the company my house was big and they amended their charges but it was bigger than they'd anticipated. However, Sami stayed for 3 hours until the job was done. Really friendly and worked flat out whilst he was here. I won't know for a week or two whether the treatment was successful but a follow up visit is guaranteed if needed. I would recommend this company and Sami (if you can get him).

I was visited today for a trace search by a man called Hisham, what a lovely pleasent guy, he was thorough through out the trace and explained every step in detail, he photographed the traced areas to show and explain everything to me, i found this man very proffessional in the way he conducted himself, he was clean and tidy in his work and fully respected my home, thankyou hisham for your help today
