Placed an order on the 4th November and still nothing. Tracking provided doesn't work, no one on customer services confirming when it will actually be sent/ arrive. Just want my product - definitely won't be buying from them again
Waited months for the wrong (+cheaper) item to arrive
Waited months beyond the release date of the vinyl record I pre ordered. Very little communication from 24hundred about delays as time went on. When my record arrived months late, it was the wrong one. They shipped me a cheaper varient than the one I had ordered and paid for. Feel like they don't give a s**t about their customers and are just there to make a buck. Don't buy from them unless you want to get short changed and ripped off.
Satisfied with my purchase
I ordered merch from this website with same day shipping. It arrived as promised on the same day. Merch is high quality and looks great, just like pictures on website. Very happy with my order. Thank you 24hundred!
Soft cotton not the itchy crap!
Ordered 2 shirts and paid for express postage with Australia Post. Ordered Tuesday and it was shipped by Thursday morning. Auspost are pretty slack so express post still took a few days I received the following Tuesday.
Customer support was fantastic I didn’t reach out for anything but received emails telling me when items had been shipped, a thank you for supporting the company & also one to advise of auspost delays due to COVID but they were keeping an eye on it.
Shirts were good sizing, good quality and super soft cotton not that hard, crunchy, itchy crap. Would definitely shop with them again.
Terrible non existent customer service
Terrible non existent customer service. Very condescending and only shop orders when you say you are contacting your bank for a charge back. Have shopped with them twice and both times were terrible. Will never shop with them again. They over sell orders and then refuse to refund but make you wait for them to get more stock.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. Shipping took weeks and one of the products was oversold so never shipped. At no point in time did anyone tell me it was oversold, instead they packed a bottle of hot sauce instead of my hoodie hoping that would be an acceptable alternative. Buy your merch direct from the bands even if its overseas. Much easier to deal with than these posers.
Exceptional Customer Service
My item hadn’t been shipped but my emails were replied to almost instantly, customer service was exceptional, an explanation was given regarding the circumstances.
A Real Shame
Those bad reviews are all to be believed.
I have personally experienced:
- Extremely slow shipping
- Sell products that they are sold out of
- Unresponsive emails
in the probably ten times I’ve have ordered merch through them. It’s unfortunate that this stuff is primary sold by them because I would love to take my business elsewhere
Took forever to post
Took forever to post, really poor communication if any at all, ordered 4 weeks and and still have yet to receive my order or a response from the company, would never buy from again
As average as it gets
Took 6 weeks to post the order, only 2 of the 3 shirts were available because they oversold. Wont get the order in time for Christmas and its a present. These guys are dreadful and take forever to respond. Just spend the extra cash and order merch from overseas, itll come quicker and be easier to deal with than these jabronies

Product arrived late, but to no fault of 24Hundred who initially shipped it fast. Reasonable contact with costumer service, overall good experience.

I Waited 6 months for my order
I Waited 6 months for my order. I got refunded in the end, at no point did 24hundred leave any emails nor bothered to contact me in the 6 months regarding my lost items. After myself leaving a email to them with my order details two days ago, I finally got a response saying sorry and here's your money back. Honestly shop at your own risk here people.
24Hundred are useless
24Hundred are useless, can’t give explanations for why they haven’t shipped products yet when the date is over a month overdue. Customer service is terrible, either don’t reply at all or just give you the usual “we’re so sorry” and so absolutely fu** all to help. The amount of times myself and many others that I know, have ordered from them and it’s the exact same issue every time.
24Hundred Deserves 0 Stars
I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a hat on May 28th, it shipped out from 24Hundred on July 1st. Tracking of the hat froze after a week and to make a long story short, the hat was “returned to sender” by Australia Post. I was not provided with an explanation as to why my item was “returned to sender” but was reassured by their customer service team that my item would be resent asap, as I was also moving house at the time and needed to update my address. I since noticed the item was off their website/no longer for sale. Long story short, they no longer sell the item I ordered and I was given half of a refund and had to pry via multiple emails for the rest. Their “customer service team” consists mostly of one “lili/lily” who copy and pastes FAQ-like answers instead of acknowledging/recalling any of my email details. In the end I spent $30 and 3 months of waiting for an item that I’ll never be able to get because they don’t even have it anymore. A complete let down from a garbage excuse of a company.

holy f waited a month for my stuff, had to pay £20 for customs clearance, and the quality turned out to be straight garbage looked nothing like the pictures on their website and the t-shirt feels like its made with plastic. so disappointing man almost £100 down and never gonna wear this pish this is fkn grim
