Really lovely man, made the key quickly.
Was on time and gave me lots of warning for his eta.
Also was very considerate when I asked him not to knock so he didn’t wake my baby.

Had issues getting a replacement Vauxhall meriva key due to the key being discontinued by Vauxhall. Many other automotive locksmiths were not able to complete the job. Garry was excellent encountered some issues with programming however persisted for 2 hours and managed to get me a new key programmed. Would highly recommend his service!

Very good service throughout, easy to book, video evidence sent when job was completed as I wasn't available to be there and keys left once payment was made, which was hassle free.

I lost my car key unfortunately so I was in need of another key, Garry was very quick and efficient from the moment I called. He managed to get me a new key sorted very quickly, in which I was able to be on my way again.

Had a disabled customer of mine call me saying they had problems getting in there car, called garry at 24/7 as I have used him before, explained that my customer was disabled, he was on site within 90 mins, can't thank you enough garry, you are a credit to your company, I now have another very happy customer, if you need anything lock's or keys then I can't recommend this company enough, totally professional and polite and reliable thanks again.

Extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable.
I can’t comment on the actual service because it never happened — and that says a lot in itself. Communication was poor from the beginning. The job I needed wasn’t urgent, but it was important. They committed to coming last Thursday afternoon but didn’t show up and didn’t even bother to call.

Worse still, when I missed replying to a message for just 10 minutes, they immediately cancelled the appointment without any follow-up. Since then, I’ve tried calling every single day with no response.

If you’re too busy or not interested in the job, have the decency to inform people instead of wasting their time.

Totally unprofessional. Avoid if you value reliability.

I acknowledge that the initial appointment was canceled due to my delayed response of 10–15 minutes. However, I have made multiple efforts to follow up since then, including daily calls and messages. I have not received any response from you. I am happy to provide full screenshots of our text message history if needed.

Fabulous response, job done within 3 hours of enquiring. Jalopy VW Golf key wouldn't turn in the ignition. Part swapped, same key remains in use. Cant fault the service at all

Absolutely amazing!! Gary replaced my Range Rover key after I washed my old one. Same day visit and good communication, I liked the tracker to see his progress. Highly recommend, but I don’t recommend washing car keys 😅

My toddler decided to hide my keys and I needed to be mobile.. he got me into the car and fixed my broken car key and explained he would come back to give me a new key when he had done research

Didn't over charge and was honest about the situation- just so happens that I found my keys the minute he left haha
