We’re sorry to hear you were frustrated. Our records show two separate filings were submitted the same day, which usually happens when a vehicle was left off the original return. We do VIN corrections for free, but adding a missing truck requires a new IRS filing.
We didn’t receive any call or message asking for help—if we had, we’d have gladly explained the process before you filed. We’re always happy to help when customers reach out.
