Rude employees. I terminated my contract with FPT on the 10th of January because I had to relocate, I was told I will forfeit my deposit. I accepted that but now I noticed that I was charged for February because they are saying I gave late notice..my contract said I will forfeit deposit not charged for a month when I'm not staying at the residence.Angelique is so rude and gives one word answers on the emails

1 St Property is a very reliable agency. We had a very good experience renting one of their properties in Bethnal Green. They were always happy to help if there was an issue in the property and were very fast at solving every problem, from painting the walls to replacing the boiler. Everything in the same week which is something very rare to find in London, at least according to my experience. Thank you guys .

We were very happy with 1st Property, we used to live in one of the properties for more than a year and had a very nice experience. They had the property ready for us before we moved in and during the tenancy if there was an issue with anything in the property they took care of it within days. Thank you for everything guys
