On hold for over 70 minutes. I have been requesting a document from them for days, and have called back on multiple occasions. They always seem to be busy and it's taken over 50 minutes every time. Emailed them a week ago and they seem to have ignored my email completely. Not recommended if you want timely customer experience.

Do not use this company! First off it will take over a month to get your order. Secondly I placed and order for a hoddie with the name and family crest of “Dennis” and received one for “Moore”. It has been very difficult to get anyone to respond to me and after a week they now want the shipping label which has been thrown away. I have given them the order number, the tracking number and a photo of what they sent me.

I ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Tibeity on August 18 paid my money. They have deleted my account and it shows that I have no order with them. My bank won't refund my money bc I paid not knowing it was a scam. I still have yet to receive my order. Had I known about the reviews I wouldn't have ordered their product

Do not order from this company. I wish I read these reviews first. 2.5 months after paying, I have not received my product. They have ignored my request for a refund. Their sketchy tracking system shows my product in China two months ago and no movement since. I am disputing charges with my bank. Based on comments, I won't want the product if it shows up.

Bubuwreath: Terrible and deceptive. I received my Fall Hydrangea Wreath today 10/6/21 the order was placed on 8/3/21. The wreath is much smaller than advertised and cheaply made. I wished I read the reviews before placing the order. I sent in a request for a full refund today via e-mail 10/7/2021. We will see how that goes. This company is false advertising at it's best. The wreaths pictured on their website looks plush and beautiful, I would be embarrassed to put the cheap wreath received on my front door or any door.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered an eagle wreath in July 2020 I'm still waiting on it. On May 4th 2021 I was told it got lost in transit and they would send me another one at no cost to me. On June 27th 2021 I sent another email, I never got a reply for that email. I sent another email today 7/13/2021 After reading the reviews I'm not so sure I even want it at this point. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought two 12" Red ,White & Blue Eagles, one for myself and one for my sister, July 2020. Took almost 5 months to arrive. They were 8" round and made of a weird type felt, cheap looking up close, but from a distance was ok. I tried to fluff the "feathers" and two fell out, as if they were not even attached. Very disappointed about the poor quality, the time it took to receive the items, as well as the customer service. Contacted seller, and they said they would send what I ordered, but 4 months later, I have yet to receive the 12" wreaths.

Would give 0 stars!!! Very mad and upset!!! My client ordered the Eagle wreath for her Veteran husband and the wreath didnt come assembled.. Came in 3 little bags of the red, white, and blue pieces no wreath or anything!! She was really lookin forward to surprising her husband with it !!! Such a dang shame!!

Terrible product, they do NOT do what they say! We purchased a red, white & blue Eagle wreath. First, it took over two months to get. They kept apologizing for the delay and twice said they'd give us a 10% discounts (+ +). That sounds like about 20%. Never got the refund and 6 months later when we got it, it was a piece of crap. 1st Ireland = Chinese junk !

Without doubt the worse experience I’ve received from a company, ordered item in October for Xmas present for family member

Did not receive item till January 4th

Lied about saying it had already been posted, Failed to give valid tracking number, only by going to PayPal dispute did this conning fraud company actually post the item on Xmas eve!!!

Item was not as described and literally fell to bits after hanging it up on the wall

Please do not order or give business to this time wasting fraudulent piece of crap company

Wish I could give no stars . This company is a sham. I will never buy off Instagram again. Never got the items, just the same answer. They are frauds!!! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!,!

The lack of product descriptions should have been my first clue, but I ordered from them anyway. The wall skulls look large, but they are very small. The gamer jackets look great, but they are merely pull-overs. Both items are overpriced for what they are. They also don't tell you their products come from China, not Ireland.

I would rate this no stars if it was an option!!! Do not buy from this company. Paid $55 for an Eagle wreath back in July, after several months of trying to get it, finally received 5 months later. It's cheap rubber styrofoam, not maid of wood as described in add and definitely not the size. I am sooo disgusted!!! It looks like a childs toy!!!

My mother ordered the 4th of July eagle wreath in May and after several months complained to them about not getting the item and slow shipping. All they would tell her is be patient. Today we got the wreath 7months after ordering and its small, cheap, the supposed eagle head looks more like a chicken head and the feather petals are cheap styrofoam. It also stinks of funky plastic. Not what we were expecting at all. After reading reviews its not worth our aggravation to try getting our money back. Please do not order from 1stireland you will get ripped off!!

To say this item is a disappointment is an understatement. This picture
looks like a nice door-sized wreath. Your shipping confirmation attached says 15” x 1”. This was ordered and the order confirmed on 8/7/20. You refunded $7.49 on 10/15/20 because it was over 60 days since ordered; the refund confirmation said 10” x 1”. The piece of garbage that arrived today 12/8/20
says it is a plush toy, looks like it was bought from a dollar store. I paid $50 to a company whose name is 1st Ireland and this came from China, 4 months later.

Never again and it will be reflected in my review on the website.

Update: no place to review on Website. I will be seeking a refund through American Express, but not expecting much after 4 months of being told to be patient by “Lily.”

UPDATE: To their credit, they did refund all of my money without having to go through American Express, as they should have. Thank you.

I don't trust this company. I ordered the American Eagle wreath back in July and have been emailing back and forth, with the company "begging" me to wait just a bit longer. They did give me a 30% credit, but after waiting another 4 weeks I just asked them to cancel my order and refund the balance. Not a good experience at all.

I ordered an eagle wreath in July and never received it the tracking number they provide I believe is bogus.
I wish i had checked them out before placing my order.
Thankfully American Express did credit the amount back to my account.

Ordered 2 glass Christmas ornaments which cost me just under £50 , waited over 10 weeks for them to arrive, arrived today and I am devestated to find they are two cheap PLASTIC ornaments . I wouldn’t even buy then in Poundland they are that cheap looking. I feel like I have been robbed!

I ordered the Eagle wreath in July and waited until late September to received it. When I did it was awful. Not at all as full as their picture, the eagle head was pointing down, and it was MUCH SMALLER than it should have been. I complained to the company and got the runaround for a full refund stating I would have to pay postage to return it to AUSTRAILA!! They told me it was made in CHINA! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP LOOKING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I tried to write a review on their web page and there is no where to submit a review. Naturally the only reviews they share are raving reviews they probably wrote themselves.
