Samples never arrived
Samples never arrived. Waited 4 weeks, two emails chasing, one on line chat and three phone calls only to be answered by auto voice which says and agent will be with you shortly, 20 minute wait, 35 minute wait the next day and 45 minute wait the next week. No reply to any method of trying to contact the company. Have now place another order for the same samples 5 days in and still waiting even though website says next day as they use 1st class post.

Well put order in Saturday night easy to do on line an payment arrived Thursday an up they are well made quality blind slats easy to put up cheaper than two quotes id got 1 for 3 windows at £90 then 5 windows for £160 got all my windows done for £114 so looked on here an a win win plus delivered when said the was coming friendly driver plus texts to let you no were the are also email sent telling me that the was made and shipped out well pleased thanks very much 😀

Customer service is not great took 2…
Customer service is not great took 2 weeks for a reply. Delivery took over the 5 days that were advertised and not kept upto date with the process. Blinds are thin (thinner then the cheap argos ones) but they do look better and nice pattern. Overall they hang nice but disappointed with the quality

Was very easy to look at the different products on line and get a price,I had a discount code that worked so I saved a little,it was easy to order,I only bought replacement slats,the delivery time was not too bad and they arrived very well packed,they were not creased on opening and they hung very well with a nice pattern and really white, I am extremely pleased with this product and would recommend.
