The guy was EXTREMELY helpful at finding me an emergency dentist same day open on a saturday not far from home to do the work I needed for an extraction that I should have had done years ago but don’t have insurance. I will def tell anyone I kno who needs the same kind of service to call 1800 dentist they will get help and get it quick!!!!!

I have used your service before and I have never been unhappy with the dentist I have gone to.

I called and was told I would get a return call Friday morning (28th) at 9:00 a.m. The call did come but did not get to it soon enough. I called back and had to repeat all the information again since he told me that they had no information on me, mind you I returning their call from seconds ago. He told me that they could not find a dentist for my needs. Not a minute later I got another call from 1-800-dentist and for the third time I had to give all the information again. This time the person found a dentist for our needs, which the person minutes before could not find.

Great response & listened to some concerns I had.

All the dentists they referred where not in my network. It’s very frustrating when you have a emergency dental problem and you end up paying extra money just for a consultation.

I have confidence that this service will provide people in search of quality dentist with the right match. My experience with 1-800-dentist for over 20 years has always been with knowledgable, articulate people who project high caliber customer service.

The representative was very professional and asked open ended question to make sure he had all the information required to find me the right dentist, he called the office and got me set up with someone and I was able to get an appointment next day.

I told them my need, my insurance info, they we’re able to get me in with a dentist within 12 hours. I have my appointment made with no problem.
