Shit coffee

I am sick to death of the Russell Brand ad suggesting we should drink the coffee that has just exuded from his anus. I don't want to hear it any more. What numbskull in your marketing dept thought that this performance would gain more customers? It's disgusting and what's more, puts you off the product. Do us a favour and roast the ad.

Never received my order

Never got to taste the product, never received.. My credit card was charged instantly after placing order. I followed up a few times regarding shipment, received no response.. a week and a half later I requested a refund and hoping that I receive at least that...

Never Received Our Order

We ordered some pods back in November based on a "Russel Brand" promotion and never received our order. After several weeks, we sent an e-mail about not receiving the order. They responded via e-mail explaining they were busy with an overwhelming number of orders. We waited again and finally sent another e-mail asking for a refund and we ended up getting the refund few days ago. We love to support conservative companies but they seem to be over their heads at the moment.

I had a monthly subscription

I had a monthly subscription, and I also used to make additional purchases every other month, which were not included in my subscription. My last order was delivered to the wrong address. I provided evidence, including a picture of my door with previous deliveries and the one delivered to the wrong address.

Despite this, I was treated as though I were a thief and was not valued as a loyal customer. I also contacted their delivery company, called Better Trucks, several times but never received any response.

I still can't understand their logic. Why wouldn't they engage with me positively instead of just telling me the item was delivered, showing me a picture of the wrong address, and then advising me to contact the delivery company, which has no phone contact and never responds to emails?

Please save yourself the hassle before you regret it. There are many other companies that would be happy to have your business. These people are ungrateful. They rely on a few influencers and celebrities to advertise their products and think they don't need average customers.

Charged every two weeks and haven’t ever received any coffee

Ordered two months ago for two-week subscription. After being charged the second time without receiving any coffee I contacted them and was told they were working on fulfilling orders due to high demand (or something to that effect). Was charged a third time without receiving any coffee and told them not charge me again until they actually fulfill the orders due. Demanded a refund today and magically shipping labels have been created (but UPS has not received the packages) and was told that I could not be refunded because the order has been fulfilled (you know because a shipping label has been created). SCAM! Do not buy! It’s a shame, I really wanted to enjoy this coffee and support this company.

I started off very excited but NO customer service even when they screw up. I was first excited to support a…

I was first excited to support a company associated with conservative causes and Rumble. But after a few months of subscription service I canceled future orders. The dark roast coffee was not what I would normally call "dark roast". It was medium/dark at most. But I never received the promised 10% discount for a subscription. Then after several months, they tacked on shipping to my subscription without notice. So now my cost for 2 - 16oz packages of coffee was almost $50. I tried to contact customer service...virtually impossible to find out how. After waiting a couple days and not getting any response to my concerns, I canceled my monthly subscription. They still have not contacted me. Very poor customer service and just OK coffee.

Medium Roast | GREAT STUFF

Although it took a little while to arrive - Shipping from Australia to The UK. The coffee itself is fantastic!

I've bought multiple times and just keep coming back.
I will likely be trying my hand at Limitless soon.

Way better than the processed crap - medium roast all the way. While supporting free speech!

I thought I’d been “scammed”

I thought I’d been “scammed” as it took 3 weeks to receive my order (with a - the only way I can express it - stupid reply to my inquiring after 15 days if I was ever going to get the order).

Won’t be ordering again - customer service does make a difference

Unfortunately they have a NO RETURN policy so I’m $29.75 out of pocket.

I wanted to like it - did not

I like dark roast - 1775 tasted burnt and smelled a bit like chocolate. I cannot drink it. I've been trying to find a coffee to replace the discontinued Dunkin Donuts Espresso-Style; it was better than any Peet's or Starbucks I tried...I even tried local coffee cafes trying to find a deep, rich coffee-tasting brew... no flavors!

Starbucks and Lavazza are better.
You are forced to have a subscription.
I don't want that. Now I am requesting a refund for the second one I did not want.
And a postage paid return address label.

Disappointing, unfortunately.

I ordered the Dark Roast 1775 Coffee because I enjoy Rumble and want to support this free speech platform. Unfortunately, I found this coffee to be almost without aroma and tasteless, no matter how strong I brewed it. It didn't even smell like coffee when I opened the bag. I still love Rumble, but I won't be ordering 1775 coffee again.
