I clear mentioned I didn’t take any screenshot check with payment channel I requested after few hours they said that you you id doesn’t belongs to us they r saying

Don’t use 12bet already my friend suggested to use local apps

Guys Be Aware! It’s a Scam and you would not able to do anything
I have been a 12bet user of more than 8+ years.
But I never been consistent to this platform.
Last few months i have been little consistent and lost a lot.
All of a sudden, one of my deposit went pending for more than 2 days and it got rejected. Its such a bad experience for me. Even after giving them a proof of bank statement and video proof of transaction, they didn’t able to resolve this. And today they asked me to send video and bank statement proof again. I am like “ are you kidding me “.
It’s my humble request that please everyone stop using this platform. Luckily my deposit amount was not big. I don’t know if i will able to get this deposit.

I have been using 12bet from 6 years no issue till now.
In this month also I have added 80k and lost it.
Today I have added 5600 and won money placed a withdrawal
It was rejected due to bank issue again I have placed a withdrawal now my account is locked and no response from team.
This is not the way to treat your customer
I don't have option to add proofs.
