I updated my review because among all the staff members i have communicated with has failed to provide a proper explanation except Wanda and perhaps others in 12bet which have supported my point of view into this matter. First of all after proper discussion with some of my thinkers friends to my understanding i have also made mistakes which is why i come to share with other users here. My advice is always read the fine line between the lines.

12bet mistakes were to hand our promotion emails which i glance through not reading the terms which i thought it was like all standard bonus. So as a online casino if such terms were provided your developer could have customized your website or app to not reveal the promotion option during deposit to users who are passed the required days. This would have prevented what happened to me. Cant expect every human on this rock to be observant.

If there is a problem solution is not by throwing the fault to the user. First think what have cause this issue and solution is to prevent any future incidents. We are living in a world where once we imagine is now a reality.
