I purchasing TV (LG 42LM620T 42 Inch Full HD Freeview HD Cinema 3D Smart LED TV) and looking online, 123av had the cheapest prices. Accordingly I purchased from there, but was surprised to receive goods that were clearly used, with no manufacturer warranty and no original user manual (instead a cheap non-standard CD with a hand-written label had been included, with a PDF version of the manual on it). I don't think that 123av make it sufficiently clear that the reason for their low prices is that you are getting goods that have been returned previously (I don't know that this applies to all their goods, but it certainly applied to the TV I purchased).

However, on contacting 123av I have nothing but praise for the way they have handled my case. They were fully understanding and instantly arranged for the goods to be collected and returned. For service I can only award 5 stars.

In summary, if you don't mind goods that are not "unopened and new" and bottom line price is your main concern then 123av will provide excellent service. Personally, I prefer to get new goods, but your mileage may differ!

Did not have my order in stock so suggested an alternative model and offered a free upgrade. Customer service quick and helpful. TV delivered on time, kept updated, well packaged. No problems so far, great product and service.

I purchased a Toshiba RDXV60KB HDD & DVD / Video Cassette recorder. It arrived within 24 hours of me ordering it. It did not come in a Toshiba box and because of the excellent price I wondered whether it had been returned. However, it works perfectly and I am delighted with my choice of model. I'm putting all my videos onto DVD. I would certainly consider using 123 AV again.

Ordered on Sunday night, TV delivered by Tues morning. Well packed (but not original packaging) with manual and remote. Seems in perfect condition. Very pleased, superb bargain, no reservations.

I am happy with the service that I received from 123 av, someone rang me the day after I ordered my computer table and told me that they would be delivering it the following day.The only problem that I found was, I had to creat an account to buy my table, and I may never shop with 123 av again... I was not happy.

I searched many sites on the internet looking for a 42 inch television and discovered so many at various prices. The one chosen not only was by far the cheapest than other companies offering the same model tv.
I took delivery within 2 days and discovered the tv was very well packaged and in perfect condition.
It was soon installed and up and running.
I have no reservations in recommending 123AV to my family and friends and will certainly use them myself in the future.
