Outstanding service and simple straightforward transaction. Found 121 TV Mounts by chance and highly recommend them. Ordered early hours Thursday; arrived Friday. Great unit. Looks high class. Lots of comments on net about door adjustment. They are standard cupboard hinges. Just google this and it will show you how to adjust them. Unit was well packaged (it did arrive a little battered) but this packaging clear protected it. Overall great.

I bought a chair from 121 office furniture, due to working from home since the COVID19 lockdown, as it was the cheapest of that specific chair I could find online and after ordering on Tuesday lunchtime it was with me before Thursday lunchtime!

This chair was recommended by a colleague as I am now home working I ordered the chair late on Thursday and it arrived on Sunday I wasn’t expecting it until the following week. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and it didn’t take long. The chair is very well made and very supportive would highly recommend this item, and supplier.

Great customer service, responded to my emails on the same day and have answered all the questions that I have. It took a while for the chair to arrived but that’s because of the availability, but it arrived a day early than expected. Assembling the chair is easy and a perfect example of a high quality ergo chair. I highly recommend 121 Office Furniture.

Excellent service. I ordered a chair on the Thursday and it was delivered, as promised, on the following Wednesday. The chair itself is comfortable and high quality and I really appreciated the call to check the delivery was convenient. The chair was also considerably cheaper here than elsewhere.

I ordered the Alphason Aspen Writing Desk over the weekend a few weeks ago. The following Monday morning I had a phone call from Michael to inform me that the desk was out of stock and was unlikely to be back in stock until August. He offered me a refund but as this is the nicest desk I’d found and 1-2-1 Office Furniture’s price was the best, I decided to wait.

I was expecting to take delivery of the desk in mid-August but it arrived 2 days ago!

I put the desk together this evening and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. It looks just as good as it does on the website. I posted a photo on my facebook and instagram pages and within 5 minutes 8 people asked where I got it from. Needless to say I’ve shared 1-2-1’s website.

My Eliza Tinsley chair arrived as ordered, but there was an annoying noise on the gas lift. I contacted 121officefurniture by email and a replacement part was sent out immediately and arrived next day.

Ordered my chair on Thursday, was delivered on Saturday. Amazing service. Chair was exactly as described and I am so happy I found and went with 121officefurniture. Would definitely recommend!

I bought one of DAMS zues chairs from them. It was good the first day but then the seat depth mechanism was loose which then was promptly replaced.

Even with the new replaced seat, the chair would quickly snap back and forth when seat depth is adjusted.

I contacted customer care, who took notice of this , and refunded me FULLY.

Michael in customer care is the reason why I'm writing this review, he really helped me getting my money back ( and peace of mind )

A couple of years ago, I had a bulging disc low in my spine, and upon my return to work, my company did a risk assessment of my workstation, and agreed to purchase a new chair for me. This chair was one of 3 options I had. I chose this one, and can honestly say it is the most comfortable chair I have ever had at work. As my home computer chair was rather uncomfortable (as it was very old), I was delighted to find that I could purchase this same chair for my home use. I ordered it and 24 hours later it was delivered! (Amazingly quick even though we are in lockdown!) All arrived in perfect condition for self assembly, which was easy to do. (Make sure you have a shorter ended Allen Key handy although a longer ended one is supplied). Not only does this chair provide good back support, it also has a comfortable seat, and levers for back angle adjustment. combination seat/back angle adjustment, seat height adjustment, forward tilting of the seat, and a sliding seat so that you can adjust the seat for different user leg lengths. This chair is going to be a god send now that I will be working from home a lot more. I thoroughly recommend it, and also highly recommend 121officefurniture.co.uk for their speedy and excellent customer service.
