We have used Cavendish Square to host our Built Environment Apprenticeship Awards for a number of years and have always been very impressed by the venue, the professionalism and helpfulness of staff and the great communication. Gareth especially is brilliant!

Wonderful staff, a great venue only criticism was volume of the food but we were offered the use of the cafe

Great communication, excellent facilities, friendly staff, good AV, lots of choice of rooms, good catering, great location, good value for money.
Could not pick a better venue, set of facilities or staff!

You are a bit dogmatic about crisps - otherwise a perfect experience, and staff and the night were amazing!

Room set up great, reception great, canapes expensive, by actual venue great - although a sign on the outside could have been useful - I am not sure you put the PSPA event on your display board at reception either - but in the event I had placed someone in that spot so not a concern.

The venue is very suitable for an AGM. The ante-room enables a smooth check-in for attendees before moving into the theatre for the meeting. This also provides the space for the after meeting drinks and canapés, which as previous were excellent.

This is the 2nd time we at The Iolanthe Midwifery Trust have used 11 Cavendish Square for both meetings and an evening event. The support we get before and during the events has been wonderful and very responsive. We would unhesitatingly recommend 11 Cavendish Square and look forward to returning for a 3rd time

Simply a great space with a great team. Highly recommend for any event 50-100 people combining a sit down talk and standing drinks and apps.

Superb venue. Venue staff in particular Gareth were so supportive from start to finish for our expo and conference. Everyone who attended commented on the venue space and catering. We will be back next year for sure.

The venue was so accommodating and flexible when having to change the event at the last-minute to a hybrid event due to the recent tube strikes in London. The whole team were extremely helpful, particularly their AV technician, who assisted with managing speakers and an audience live in the room and online.

Karen and Mark couldn't have been more helpful - all of our questions were answered quickly, and they accommodated all of our requests. They took all of the stress out of organising our event - we would definitely book 11 Cavendish again!

Beautiful venue, the meeting room was spacious and just what we needed. All staff were helpful, professional and polite and ensured the technology was working before the meeting. Buffet lunch was delicious with a good choice, with refreshments available throughout the day. This is the second time we have held our board meeting here and we will be back.

As usual everyone was very professional and responsive to all of our requests and nothing was ever too much trouble - it was an absolute delight working with you again during the run-up and on the day! A shout out to Alex too - one of the best AV techs we have worked with 🙂. The food was delicious too and all of the F&B service ran like clockwork so please pass our thanks onto the catering team.

We had our beautiful wedding day at 11 Cavendish! Gareth was very supportive throughout the process and accommodating of all our decorating ideas and a friendly face to help us through wedding planning. The venue looked stunning on the day and our guests really enjoyed the delicious food and atmosphere. Joao and his team were meticulous in the room preparations and everything went smoothly. We had a beautiful day at this gorgeous venue!

We held an event Early July 2025 and we were so well looked after by all. The teams efforts with accommodating our requests, managing the catering, meeting room set-up, and AV arrangements were absolutely vital to the success of the event. And they all did it all with a smile! 🙂
