Excellent service ! There's lots of vape shops online , but '100ml bottles uk' were offering larger 100ml bottles of 50/50 , saving massively over 10ml bottles ...
As a MTL I don't see alot of choice for bulk savings and as I like vamp-toes and vinberry ect I thought I'd try them out.
So .. flavour is great ( they add a little more concentrate when I ordered 4x nic salt to reach 6ml nicotine and keep flavour ) . Nice bottle and well packaged . Overall fantastic product at a great price . Take a punt and give them a try , I don't think you'll be disappointed....

Very professional, they had a stock problem which they let me know about, and gave me a free bottle as the delivery was a little late. Will continue to use them.

Very bad attitude and customer service - read the below responses to see how petty and childish this knock-off Vampire Vape store are. The original issue was relating to for next day delivery, still not arrived 6 days later and as you can see they're full of sympathy 😂.

It seems the "company" would rather reply on here where they think I would not respond rather than replying to the email that was sent a few days ago. Unprofessional and spineless. There is definitely an element of defensiveness there for sure, looking at the reviews it only seems like they respond to the bad ones which speaks volumes to me.

Hopefully this will rightfully divert a few customers away from their bad attitude, poor customer service and copied product. I am most definitely feeling a certain bitterness to the world with their spikey responses, not sure what is going on there. Maybe the company are holding on and their small business is close to going under in the current circumstances and they are bitter at the world. If so, I am sorry to effect a little FIVE man band business negatively but they asked for a review knowing I hadn't received my product in the stated timeframe. I feel bad, but I have to be honest, that is what Trustpilot is for (not for replying to complaints effectively which is what this vendor seems to think 🤦‍♂️). I hope everything works out for you guys.

You can buy the real Vampire Vape products on their website - I would post a link but is against Trustpilot policy. Easy to find, they are a large professional company. Would highly recommend to avoid situations like this with amateur management/owners with a power trip.

As they prove my point, they buy their concentrate from Vampire Vape but amend the name of the products they are selling to something similar i.e. a "knock-off" in all sense of the term. You can clearly see this on their website when browsing the products eg. Vampire Vape product "Rainbow Skull", 100ml bottles "Radiant Skull" 😂😂. I think it is pretty clear what is going on here. Im sure Vampire Vape approve of this little website using their copyrighted flavour concentrate and renaming the final product to something similar. By all means within the copyright infringement laws, but a cheap and nasty move none the less. No shame, ey. I suppose it could be a case that they see the funny side like myself. Imatation is highest form of flattery I suppose? Also, they are too big of a company to look at the little guys.

Last edit: glad to see they took my advice and removed the "addendum" points and all of their other pseudointellectual insertions, they looked (and felt) a bit daft there to put it bluntly so we won't mention that anymore. I would be happy to coach the vendor on other parts of their business (for a fee) if they feel this would be beneficial and better prepare them for further instances of failed deliveries and other complaints - they can just give me an email if they think it would be valuable.

Just to address the vendor's point about the definition of "knock-off off" and my apparent misinterpretation of the term according to them - the true definition of "Knock-off": "Knock-off products are those that copy or imitate the physical appearance of other products but which do not copy the brand name or logo of a trademark." I.e. Pinky on the website is actual the copyrighted flavour by Vampire Vape, "Pinkman". Lets be honest, however they wish to frame it people can just take a look at the website and see it for themselves. Its very unfortunate.

Now, I am relatively sure I won't be getting any type of empathetic apology (which would have been it done and dusted, instead a jumped up owner with a chip on their shoulder got a little spikey and looked like an idiot) and I am sure I am not getting compensated for poor service, bad information on the website and knock-off products, the novelty of messing with them has worn off. This is just a laugh for me, its unfortunate this is their means to an end. It could have all been avoided with an empathetic email and explanation. 🤷‍♂️.

Anyways, the vendor should feel free to have the last word in true "Karen" style whilst they rise to my bait (again). Note, after initally branding me a "Karen" in their first response, it appears they have now reported my response to TrustPilot which is hilariously ironic 😂. I will be sure to vape my HE3BEG (or whatever dodgey name they come up with for Heisenberg from Vamp Vape) when it eventually gets to me in the coming 3 weeks and think them fondly 🙂.
