We did not received the day 2Covid test kits on time. Nobody answers telephones.

Needed a day 2 test for my business travels and I was so surprised with the excellent service and that was provided to me. Thank you for being great providers!

Why are the advertised 2 day arrival test at 19.99 not in stock but the higher priced rapid test in stock. if its not available it should not be advertised. Misleading and inaccurate.

It was late and i couldn’t contact the company nor track my package simce the tracking system didn’t seem to accept my reference number. It arrived today but I received two tests instead of one. I only ordered one. The day 2 test.
Update: I have received another one today. So I ordered one and got three.

Tests came SUPER quick and the company was extremely responsive. We also got our test results back quickly as well. Highly recommend!!

Before leaving Brussels by Eurostar on October 11, 2021, I have purchased the 2nd Day Test Plan #RKCHT2015701-2.

I am scheduled to fly tomorrow afternoon. Waiting in my Hotel since morning for arrival of the Kit. It's 1343 hrs local time, still No Text, No Call and No Kit! Moreover, the website doesn't have a Telephone number!

Now it seems to be a SCAM to me!

13/10/21: Gov.uk search results and webpage mention tests from 19.99£ but these have been out of stock for ages! I have been refreshing every hour the whole night from midnight to 8 AM since it advertises new £19.99 day 2 tests released every day at 8 AM. Not even for a split second did the "Out of stock" button turn back to "Buy", same for the 24,99£ day 2 and 8 package. Very disappointed, I feel like I've wasted my time.

14/10/21 EDIT: It is now 8:05. Have tried again and again this morning, at 6, 7 and 8 AM. Have these low-cost tests been out of stock for 2 days then? Saying you sold some yesterday seems strange seeing how the "Out of stock" status hasn't moved in 36h. Even for limited number concert tickets I haven't had this much trouble.

I have used NL clinic multiple times for all my PCR testing for travelling abroad. During the pandemic i still had to travel for work and NL clinic assisted me and also scheduled me in last minute to accommodate my plans. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them to everyone both for PCR's to leave the UK. Anti-gen kits for returning and also Day 2,5 and 8 tests. Many thanks to the team at NL!

I booked a Day 2 test and the passenger locator form did not accept the code at first. I was thoroughly annoyed and posted a negative review here, to which I got a quick reply and it got sorted quickly afterwards, hence the adjusted rating.

Booked my fit to fly test with nlclinic was very pleased with there service from start to finish.

Starting from the general enquiry question I had on the fone with them before i booked even to my test day was very impressed with the way i was treated from moment i walked in to the clinic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Made me feel very comfortable before having my test done. Received my results a few hours later as stated.

Overall grate experience 6 stars not 5 many thanks again Mr ozan :)

I struggled to find a good company with a clear website to ensure me I would receive a good service. I went ahead with these guys and I was glad I did. Quick response, confirmation emails, clear instructions and competitive prices. I have used them on two separate occasions and now i do recommend to friends and family. On my second visit they fitted me in on short notice when I visited one of their clinics in north London and had a pleasant and friendly experience. I would say I had a great overall experience with this company.

Advertises new £19.99 day 2 tests released every day at 8am - I was there waiting and refreshing the page and none appeared. Fake advertising to appear higher in the gov.uk search results.

Great customer service and would highly recommend to all those looking for a reliable and fast service. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Just as all the other test providers, they quote a price on the gov website and a completely different price on their website. The government is complicit in allowing this farce to continue.
