Had an issue with draughty patio doors, Paul came out the same day and did an excellent job

Dads patio window lock broke. Already had someone out who couldn’t fix. Called 0121 Repairs and received great, efficient service.
Could easily have charged me more as asked about other double glazing issues (was going to buy new) which he advised on and fixed.

Couldn’t be happier with the job carried out,my door wouldn’t lock due to needing realigning,I got loads of quotes but nothing beat the quote I was given by 0121 ,they came asap and took their time, very professional and kind will definitely use them in the future very happy thank u

We have used 0121 repairs on a few occasions their service is excellent, they are very reliable, efficient and very friendly highly recommended

Had to have my front door replaced. 0121 gave me all the cheaper options first (ie repair) to try and save me money. Rather than just go for the most expensive like other companies did.
I left a large deposit and due to a unfortunate death in the family I completely forgot all about it. Until he emailed with a date. Definitely trust worthy

I needed some repairs to upvc doors and windows and called a few companies, one of which I'd previously used, but got no responses. I then found 0121Repairs on line and was impressed by the good reviews and their statement that no job was too small. I gave them a call and was given a quote for the work and, two days later, the jobs were done. Very quick, efficient and professional. I'll use them again in the future and would recommend them as the go-to firm for these types of repair. Thank you.

I highly recommend 0121 Repairs. Paul fixed a problem with our patio doors. He provided a very efficient, professional and friendly service.

Highly recommend 0121 Repairs, I have used them to replace misted double glazed panels, they also saved me a fortune by replacing the hinges, letterbox and handles on my porch doors.
Great communication, reliable and tidy workers.

Fast, efficient and expert service. Paul and his young lad were fantastic and got my French doors fixed right away. Fantastic and professional work. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Swift response to request for quotation. Clear and concise explanation of works required, advice and options given. Works completed two days after quotation acceptance, by friendly and helpful operatives. No mess or packaging left. Further advice given. I cannot thank Jordan enough for his service from start to finish.

Excellent service. These guys visited yesterday and assessed the work to be done; Cracked window pane and broken window lock. They were back today with the replacement pane and lock. Job was completed literally in 25 mins. Great job and they insisted on taking their shoes off even though i said it was cool. lol I will be calling them again no doubt. A+ for effort.

Paul measured and checked all the angles on our bay windows to ensure correct fit first time. Team were professional in there work and left site clean both inside and outside our house.

We had a steamed up leaded window and two hatch windows with broken hinges and as this company was replacing windows for a close neighbour of mine I asked them to give me a quote which I accepted. They came and carried out the repairs very quickly in a most efficient friendly and trustworthy way. This is a family firm and one that I will certainly use in the future as they certainly proved to be good & reliable as well as very competitively priced.

We have a upvc tilt and turn windows, we were having difficulties finding a company to carry out a repair for us. We found Paul from 0121 repairs on the next door app. Contacting him was easy and he phoned us back. All appointments were kept promptly and Paul is friendly and professional. Initial visit to assess and repair in a few days. Excellent value, would happily use again and happy to recommend
