Only piece of advice I’d give or a selling point for wren is … pay for the kitchen fitting! It seems expensive but it’s cheaper than the divorce 🤣

I was very pleased with the service provided by O. Firouzia. They were polite, courteous, and professional throughout the visit. They measured my bedroom carefully and efficiently for a wardrobe fitting with Wren, explaining everything clearly and ensuring the process was completed smoothly. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and I would be happy to recommend their services.

From start to finish, we'll not finished and been six weeks now. We had a surveyor come out and he measured our kitchen and the store did the design. Kitchen arrived and one side of the kitchen was all wrong as the surveyor messed up and was too big to fit. Had to redesign noe half of kitchen. Sent another surveyor out and he said that the first surveyor messed up. With the original order that arrived, no fridge freezer was with the order. So had to wait weeks for new design. Turned up and there was parts missing and 4 cupboards missing. So had to contact wren again to ask for missing units. Couldn't get through to customer service so went back to the store. They ordered missing parts. Arrived a week later, but parts were missing. So ordered missing parts. When they arrived they were still the wrong ones. Absolutely disgraceful and awful service. Living in a building site for weeks. Wren just don't care and wished I went with Howdens now. Have complained and waiting for an outcome. Shocking, unprofessional and all round awful service.

2 drivers were spot on rob and John went above and beyond delivering my replacement door fronts and decor panels. Nice and friendly delivery service

I spoke to Edyta at the customer service department. She was very polite and very helpful. A side panel was the wrong size. A new panel is being sent and will arrive on Monday. I would definitely recommend Wren to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Ben and Andre were fab! Good communication before arrival and delivered everything into the house carefully and swiftly always checking everything was ok where they were putting it, and there was a lot!!!! Thanks!

The fitter was helpful, approachable and professional

During installation I have needed to call customer services on a couple of occasions to resolve snagging issues. Both times I received excellent customer service from Jordan D and Georgia. They both resolved my issues at the first time of asking.

Wren Kitchens can certainly sell you the dream. The design process feels exciting and professional, but our experience afterwards has been very different. Four years after our kitchen was installed, we developed a problem with the flooring. The kitchen was designed by Wren, and the flooring was installed as part of Wren's installation service, arranged with a fitter we did not choose. However, when we contacted Wren about the problem, we were told it wasn't their responsibility. No one came to properly inspect it. For us, the biggest disappointment isn't only that something's gone wrong; it's the lack of support afterwards. So, based on our experience, I'd think very carefully before using Wren's installation service. Make sure you really understand who's accountable if something goes wrong.
