This is the second kitchen we've bought from Wren. Moving home and decided to replace the kitchen in new place.

From David at the Ayr shop, to the Customer Service Team (most recently Richard), the service has been excellent. I'd go as far to say it's been a much better experience than the last time.

We went with Wren again in part due to their pricing but also their warranty which we've seen in action.

Shout out also to the delivery team, whom I didn't personally meet but was told they were great too.

Kitchen delivery
M Craddock and his team have just delivered my Wren kitchen. Updates on delivery times were given regularly and they were all very friendly and accommodating ensuring that the kitchen cabinets and appliances were placed safely and in the best places to minimise any disruption- all the more important given the relatively small space we have to put the tall cabinets- thank you 😁

The crew Ben and Andre let us know when to expect them, they were friendly and polite. There were many boxes to take to the first floor bedroom which took many trips but they got it done. Thank you both for a job well done

I called today with regards to two things. Our existing kitchen and also our bedroom order. I spoke to Donna and to be honest, her customer service and approach/advice knocked me a little. An absolute breath of fresh air and a credit to Wren.

The complaint took a while to be resolved. However once Jamie organised the installation for us it was a quick and professional installation by Ian. Jamie kept us well informed.

First order from WREN (51113251) Alfie in the sales room was absolutely amazing. He understood our needs and designed it to the T. Delivery team was fine as well. The actual quality leaves a lot to question. 3 x Tower Unit and had 2 damaged tower units, damaged plinth, damaged door and 9 damaged shelves delivered. Yes it's easy to order replacements but when you have issues but having to pay almost £4000 for 3 tower units, surely someone can quality check the damn quality before sending it out? Utterly disappointed and would 6/10 not recommend. Wish I read quality reviews before this very unpleasant venture

Daniel Halton was very helpful and helping me with ideas that is suitable. I highly recommend Wren.

Q Kevin Turner arrived promptly and was very efficient in measuring the bedroom and advising us of what might be possible to do with the existing wardrobe space. He completed the job in 45minutes.

The team delivering the kitchen were excellent and extremely helpful and kept us fully informed , the only issue was that the lorry was packed incorrectly and they had to move other delivery’s to get to ours , but the driver (C Coleman ) and the porter were brilliant , no fuss and very engaging!!
