Excellent delivery service from Ben and Andre

I recently had my new kitchen delivered by Wren, and I couldn’t be happier with the delivery service. Ben and Andre were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, polite and extremely helpful throughout the whole delivery.

They took great care with all of the kitchen units and items, making sure everything was handled safely and delivered exactly where it needed to go. They worked efficiently but never rushed, and their professionalism really stood out.

It’s clear that Ben and Andre take pride in their work, and they were a credit to Wren. Excellent service from two great delivery drivers — thank you both!

I would definitely recommend Wren based on my experience so far.

Dave and Rich C arrived this morning to deliver our two bedroom furniture sets.
They were friendly cheerful and friendly and an absolute delight.
They maneuvered the units past my car with ease and were careful and considerate protecting the carpet and front door with coverings. The excitement when they were informed we had an upside down house made my morning!

Very efficient kitchen measurement service provided by J Braker. He arrived on schedule and explained the process clearly.

Sales person great, listened to what we wanted and the AI walk through sold it to us.
Quality of units excellent.
Customer service were spot on, initial delivery second to non, the guys went above and beyond, our survey guy wrote down small delivery wagon to access property, instead they sent 18 tonne lorry !! Anyway, all was sorted.
Had to contact customer service several times due to missing corner post and 1 damaged panel.
Arrived within a week.
The advice I would give is check (or get your fitters to check) dimensions of layout ! The walk through AI is for illustration purposes only !! It looks all centralised until its fitted !!
We had to purchase a smaller wall cupboard as the one that was on design didn't centralise to one other side of window (wrap around kitchen)...it looked odd !!
Also sink was designed under window, when it was fitted it was way off to left of window. Therefore had to purchase new worktop to start again !!
On contacting customer service on all the couple of design issues their answer was that we'd signed it off 🥲 so we had to purchase new (smaller cupboard and worktop)
I understand their point of view, we are not kitten fitters we just looked at design plan pictures and the AI walk through ... our advice measure up everything !!

Our kitchen designer Ghalib Rahman from Basildon branch has muck us about so so much , he tells us his coming around and dont turn up , his lied to us so many times. He told us that he our kitchen handles on a tues and which was great because the kitchen fitter was here to Wednesday. I kept ringing him and he kept saying ive got the handles and kept making excuses. On Wednesday the delivery company called dpd delivered our handles at 4pm and Ghalib Rahman lied to us by saying he had the handles at home on Tuesday, when the delivery company dpd delivered them on Wednesday 4pm .so I rang him back up to say he has muck us around and now I have to call the kitchen fitter to come back on the Thursday, which he said I have to charge you £300 pounds , which Ghalib Rahman said he will cover the cost . Now Ghalib Rahman has blocked me and my wife's number completely and we have lost out £300 pounds because of him .I have already complained to customer service about Ghalib Rahman about him not turning up to appointments prior. So if anyone is thinking about getting a kitchen from Wren be aware from Ghalib Rahman from Basildon branch because he will make your life a miserable. Now I will send an email to wren headquarters, with all the messages Ghalib Rahman has sent and lied to us and cost me £300 pounds out of my own pocket on top of paying for the kitchen.
Advoid Ghalib Rahman from Basildon branch.

Even one star is too generous. I booked a measurement for Thursday morning, shows on my online account that it's confirmed. I Booked time off work and nobody turned up or even bothered to call or text. Definitely won't be using this joke of a company for a new kitchen now!

Chris tulip came out to our house to measure up for wardrobes. He was on time, very helpful and professional.

Andre and his co worker were brilliant. On time, helpful and really nice polite lads. Carried my delivery to where I needed it and can’t thank them enough. Great lads
