Just had my kitchen delivered from Wren by the nicest two guys, Waseem Hussain & Joe Bayley. Arrived on time very courteous placed kitchen exactly were I needed it and explained everything regarding checking items. Highly recommend Wren kitchens and these two guys are a genuine asset to the company.

Spot on time at 7am, door and floor covered and everything taken in smoothly. Very professional

Terrible Customer Service

Very disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens. While the kitchen itself may look good, the customer service has been extremely poor. Communication has been frustrating, responses have been slow, and getting issues resolved has felt like a constant struggle.

I expected much better service from a company of this size. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to properly address concerns has left me extremely disappointed.

Based on my experience, I would think twice before choosing Wren Kitchens. The after-sales customer service has been nowhere near the standard I expected.

Wren completely mismeasured and the design was appalling. They designed using the appliance widths not the unit widths so nothing fits - we can’t open our kitchen door properly now. They said it was ‘too difficult’ to measure the area of our kitchen with restricted height so they said they’d work without that measurement, meaning nothing in that corner fitted. They took the money from us for a worktop but refused to measure or fit it because we live in an Edwardian house with a slight variation in the walls. They sent wrong sized appliances that wouldn’t fit in the units as well. They then “forgot” to load the correct appliances onto the lorry, so they missed the delivery date and collection for the new ones. You couldn’t make it up by this point. I have bought three kitchens from them but never ever again. Just set a pile of money on fire - it’ll be less painful.

After calling into the Birstall Branch to discuss replacing some units the service has been second to none. Very helpful in the shop and the customer service team were amazing. I spoke to April to change my delivery date and nothing was too much trouble. Overall extremely helpful and excellent service,

Some items from my Wren bedroom order were unfortunately damaged in transit. Bethanie was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the whole process of ordering replacement parts really simple and straightforward. Everything was sorted quickly, and all of the replacement parts are due to arrive in time for the fitting. Really great customer service!

Had t wells round to measure my kitchen was fast,efficient and proffesional kept me informed along the way

Generally we were happy with both bedroom and kitchen installations. Pushy salesman to finalise the order. A few issues occurred, first was the bedroom which had been incorrectly measured and left with a large gap, however, we came up with a solution and Wren sent larger units, ok this delayed the installation and we had to get the builder to return, but it worked out nicely.
Second issue was with the kitchen units, we specifically requested a cupboard above the extract fan for additional space (small kitchen) we paid extra for a purpose made unit but it arrived without a shelf, so with the extract installed you could not use the cupboard. We requested a shelf which the sales staff said they would sort out, then a phone call from head office saying one could not be provided as would render the warranty. Just a simple shelf after spending thousands should have been a simple solution but Wren failed to answer calls and refused to provide, has put a nasty taste in our mouth.

The wrong coloured item had been delivered with my bedroom order. A replacement was delivered and this too was the wrong colour. I rang customer services and spoke to Joseph who immediately took ownership of my problem. He suspected a misidentification in the warehouse. Joseph promised to investigate and ring me the following day. He kept his promise. The error identified and a correct replacement would be sent. Of course mistakes happen. But I was extremely impressed with Joseph in Customer service in finding the solution. My bedroom furniture by the way looks amazing.

I am sorry to tell you but the very precious teddy of my son disappeared after the delivery service from the entrance room.
We are absolutely disappointed. I kindly ask you to return the teddy back!

Had my home survey from wren done by a brilliant man called Tim marks, really friendly and was really efficient at the job making sure to get every measurement and detail for the design of my kitchen. Great service especially for free!

We had a wonderful experience working with Renata to design our new kitchen. She was incredibly kind, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. She listened carefully to our ideas and made fantastic suggestions, helping us choose the right items and details to create the kitchen we had always dreamed of.

Who came out to measure the 3 bedrooms as it was originally only booked in for one bedroom . But we were the last call so measured the other 2 for us . Took his time was very thorough and very pleasant . Thankyou again for spending longer here than you thought . Very grateful .

Received a phone call from Gary 5 minutes before his arrival. He was professional, polite and thoughtful during his visit to take measurements in preparation for the design team

Kitchen cabinets started to delaminate after 2 years. Called wrens to get this fixed, fobbed me off with we need photos from 3 different angles with a penny coin in the photo to show the degree of delamination. They just mess you about when it comes to their ‘guarantee’. Not too fussed as looking to renovate kitchen in a year or 2 but definitely won’t be using Wrens.

The kitchen fitters were excellent nothing was too much trouble and the Quartz Worktops are just beautiful.
I am really proud of my kitchen.
