Our GSD developed bloat symptoms on a Saturday evening in Wales she was deteriorating fast and we were unable to find a local vet to help so called vets now and made our way to Colwyn Bay where Nuala was diagnosed and treated that evening by Jennifer. We were so relieved to get the call at 2 am to say all went well.
We expect to pay more for out of hours emergency care but it was worth every penny. All of the staff were caring

Such an amazingly helpful team, helped me with my buns sudden gi stasis. Only fault is the insane out of hours fee, almost £550 in total, where the same treatment at my usual vet was just under £100

What a great service rang late at night as found injured wild bird in the road, guy on the phone was calm and informative. Contacted vet while I was in car, text me directions and I simply walked in. Lady on desk was lovely and nothing too much trouble. Great vets when in need, highly recommend

They were excellent. Welcoming, helpful and reassuring. They explained everything and gave my dog great care.

This company helped my cat who was in a very unexpected life threatening situation. They kept her safe and hydrated while they ran tests to try and find out the cause unfortunately this was and still has not been determined. Their care and support for her was impeccable and she survived the night until I was able to move her to the PDSA a few hours later. Thank to everyone in the team that night and especially the vet and receptionist that I spoke with. They were both so kind, reassuring and supportive of both my cat and I. I highly recommend them.

Paid great attention to my Milo as he was in pain .. day 2 here and it’s like a different dog .. he is happy and not in pain .. thankyou so much… 👏🏻

They did what they said they would do. We found the process difficult to follow as we went from he is ok to he needs to be kept in to he needs to be kept in over night.

I transfered vets in the morning to my local vet who repeated some of the tests and arrived at a different conclusion.

It difficult to say the impact they had and what the outcome would have been if we had not followered their advice.

So overall 3 Stars as i still have so many questions.

Having had two dogs with the same condition over the previous week we knew what had worked for them, from our own vet.
The vet we saw would not proscribe what we wanted and was sending us away with nothing other than confirming what were were doing was right, all for the privilege of paying £300 plus, we declined the consultation and was not charged for the consultation as suggested by the vet.

Missed, what my vet nurse noticed by us just walking into the practice. Didn’t feel listened too and disappointed by my complaint after. Likely my dog came to more harm by continuing to walk and jump.

The insurance aspect is a mess. I am getting email after email to fill out this and that after I was told you would be handling the claim.

The kindness and understanding we received along with their expertise and care was amazing

The vets was very caring and professional with my dog. She also gave me useful advice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go to them again.

I had to take my dog to this vet as she was bleeding badly from her mouth after having an extraction earlier in the day. We were greeted and the vet saw my dog straightaway. She had to be stitched to stop the bleeding. My dog was very well looked after and they even took the time to cleanse her of all the blood she had on her. Everything was explained in full detail

Super friendly staff and plenty of time spent on the diagnosis and discussion.

Transparency in prices , quick appointment and assessment of the situation .
No pressure for the additional tests which we wanted for peace of mind

Seen promptly and our cat was given good care and compassion. Only negative was the excessive out of hours fee.
