Absolutely fabulous children's party

Good game of bowling but the overpowering smell of paint was not good. I understand this is all part of the upgrade to tenpin and cant be helped so not a major issue. Disappointed that there are no gluten free options on the menu, this could easily be sorted by having a seperate fryer for the fries and offering something like cheesy chips rather than nothing

Son's birthday…made fun
We had a fun time for my Son's birthday treat after school. The atmosphere is always good here. Never feels overcrowded or busy. Toilets always clean, staff are always welcoming and on hand to help. The prices are really good too. The kids all enjoyed it and we will always come back here. Easy to book. Parking is great.

Booking process could have been clearer with direct contact with the venue rather than a centralised phone centre but can't fault communication with the venue itself following the booking -- prompt and very responsive.
On the day, there was a small muddle with the food order but that was the only issue. Otherwise it was well-organised with some very nice thoughtful touches to the decorations. The kids had a great time. Food was decent and the kitchen very kindly helped out with the cake.

Staff were polite and Caring. The manager we very helpful in the support of our you gest children deciding not to do a further game. She gave us credits for the arcade and removed the 3rd game.

Shame about the service
The purpose of the visit was for our son’s birthday and we visited with six of his friends. The bowling was fine and the laser combat was satisfactory (although cut short by 10 minutes to accommodate the next party). The main reason for the poor score was a particular member of staff - whilst serving at the bar it was all eye rolls and tuts and a sense that customers were a terrible inconvenience. The same member of staff supervised the laser combat and the boys independently reported she was curt with them. A real shame as everything else was fine.

My husband and I decided to go bowling for a date.
We had 2 options of venue, but Tenpin was so much more reasonably priced.
Lots of things to do all under one roof.
Would certainly visit again
