Exceptional Customer Service from Nottingham Audi
I have been a customer of Nottingham Audi for a number of years, and the level of customer service has always been exceptional.
A few weeks ago I took my car in for a repair, but unfortunately the required parts were not in stock and had to be ordered. Once the parts arrived, my repair was booked for last Thursday. Around the same time I received a reminder that my MOT was due. As my MOT is included in my service plan, I asked whether it could be carried out while the car was already in the workshop. This was arranged without any fuss.
I dropped the car off on Thursday and collected it on Friday. The repair was completed, the MOT was carried out successfully, and the car was returned to me washed and vacuumed, which was a lovely finishing touch.
A special mention goes to Leah Lovatt, who coordinated everything from start to finish. She has looked after me on several occasions, and she is always professional, friendly, organised and a pleasure to deal with. She kept me informed throughout and made the whole process completely stress-free.
The excellent service I have consistently received from Nottingham Audi over the years is a real credit to the entire team. They set the standard for customer care, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a first-class dealership experience.

When electric cars go wrong.......
Having had one car in the repair garage for 5 months, then purchasing a brand new car I was dismayed that this one then broke down after only 6 weeks and I was without it for a further 5 weeks. Moreover, whilst the staff had good intentions I believe that they are beaten by Audi's systems and offered only tokens of empathy. The return of the car was, at best amateurish having had an inadequate courtesy car.

All of Audi personnel made me very welcome and i felt valued. I was most impressed at the diagnostic video that you sent to me and it let me know of any area of my car which needed attention.

Aside from the great car, I experience professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service from Nottingham Audi every time I visit. My recent experience of a service and then of changing my car was excellent and I am very grateful to everyone at Nottingham Audi that made the experience enjoyable and supported.
My Retirement Gift to Myself
I have just purchased a Q8 e-tron from Audi at Nottingham and dealt with Roger Ball. As a distance sale, it can be difficult, but Roger managed that issue for me and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Everything was as discussed and the process to handover went without any last minute surprises.

Excellent Customer Service
My recent decision to look for a new car was met with very mixed experiences across a number of dealers and manufacturers.
However, the moment we set foot in Sytner Nottingham Audi we were made to feel welcome and at home. Particular credit needs to be given to Cameron Watson who was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Even when the original car I had set out to purchase turned out to have been sold by someone else, Cameron and Hannah went the extra mile to track down another vehicle to the right specification.
Cameron dealt with everything in a professional yet friendly manner and I would not hesitate to return in the future. Car buying as it should be!
