Moreover, we needed the car very quickly and they both got it sorted in less than 2 days. I definitely recommend both of them as they said they work all the time together and will do everything to help and satisfy the customer.

Purchased a Geely EX5 Max from this dealership while the price was very competitive the service was atrocious, I had travelled 140 miles and specifically told the dealership to fully charge the car so I can drive home without having stop to charge as we have a young child we left with a babysitter and needed to get back asap upon inspecting the car no car mats were present these were put in later, battery was a third full meaning we wouldn't make it home was just told there is a rapid charger down the road, stone chips that we were told would be fixed were still present and the car was parked under a unlit tent preventing us from being able to see any issues with bodywork, we had to wait 5 hours for someone to attend to us, stone chips to be addressed and car to have enough charge to get home, the stonechips were just touched up with a pen which you can tell and on a 26 reg car looks totally unprofessional, the car has two dents which explains why they parked it in the dark tent luckily in the pictures they sent me of the car prior to purchasing they are visable and I have now logged a formal complaint with Geely UK and if not resolved I will escalate to the motor Ombudsman as the service has been awful. On the day after 5 hours was asked to pay more than agreed then after they looked in to it paid correct amount then when leaving luckily I looked in the boot and no charging cable present so had to go back in to get one, I have called to complain then they put the phone down called again got the same bloke said oh I thought the other team picked up spoke to a lady who took all the information and details and I've heard nothing, we agreed that if I bought the car they would pay the first year road tax they said I should pay as I'm the owner then they will refund sent confirmation as per their requests no acknowledgement or refund received, on the day they gave me a key none of the buttons work, second key not present would come in the post it did but neither worked I had to go out and get batteries for them to fully work on the day they should have set me up on the cars app they didn't said they will email Geely to set me up after speaking to Geely they said nonsense and the dealer has just lied to me they kindly stepped in and set me up straight away, this dealership is by far the worst I have experienced in terms of customer experience and aftersales if I could give 0 stars I would the car is lovely but the experience has left a bitter taste following the whole experience

We recently purchased our Geely EX5 from Sytner Geely Northampton and I just wanted to leave a review for Josh, who looked after us throughout the process.
From the beginning, Josh was always polite, organised and easy to contact. Even when there were delays and some miscommunication between departments, he stayed calm, professional and continued trying to help us and keep things moving.
Buying a new car while managing work, childcare and busy schedules can be stressful, and Josh was understanding of that. He never made us feel ignored and always replied when we needed updates or support.
What I appreciated most is that he was honest, approachable and didn’t disappear when problems came up, which unfortunately is quite rare nowadays.
We are very excited to collect our new Geely EX5 and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking to purchase a car from Sytner Geely Northampton.

I recently visited the dealership and where i spoke with Lloyd and Matt C, and I just wanted to leave a review to say how helpful they both were. I haven’t made my mind up about buying a car yet, but they were patient, professional, and never made me feel pressured.

Paid deposit, was assured vehicle was ready for collection paid for flight to Birmingham from belfast tomorrow and paid for train to sytner northampton. Phoned this evening to check there were no recalls on vehicle, to be informed there is a safety recall and if I wanted the vehicle they would check with management to see if they would still sell the vehicle, but they would require a disclaimer form signed.
They were nice guys but really selling a vehicle with a recall taking a deposit and I paid £100 in travel costs to be told the vehicle was potentially dangerous.
Edit: response to reply, don't see the point in contacting customer services as I am out of pocket and assume I will have to take it on the chin.

I bought a car 12 hours later got serious oil leak I’m stuck on finance after attempting to call so many times and no one’s answering definitely they don’t check cars before selling and they act like they care will never buy from them big name dodgy cars sytner used cars where I bought it from

Came down to Sytner select Northampton. What an amazing site and a great group of people. Test drove a Starray in grey and it’s a fantastic drive, so comfy, unreal spec and great value for money. I’ll be collecting mine in the next couple of days. If I was you don’t miss out on this great experience take full advantage. Go see the guys down at GEELY Northampton and you won’t be disappointed.
