Great reception team and staff on site. Offices are always clean and fresh and fit for purpose.

Spaces have an excellent location, lots of space and the flexibility to cater for all kinds of business. We have been very pleased with our office space, and the extremely attentive management led by Radka, who leads by example.

They have lots of facilities nearby and a great atmosphere within the offices. There is a coffee shop and lunch facilities and they also organize social functions.

Very pleased.

OT Property

The people who run the front desk at Victoria Spaces are fantastic. Radka, Steffan & Emily go the extra mile every day; nothing is too much trouble. The place would grind to a halt without them!

I recently ran an event at Spaces Victoria. Radka and the rest of the front desk team were very helpful and ensured teas, coffees and pastries were all delivered and served on time. The room was set up as I'd asked and the team were available during the event if we had any last minute requests. All went very smoothly.

It is pricey for what it is. We are in a windowless room that is too small for 5 people for almost £3k a month. They weren't up front about some things as well - such as the real cost of booking rooms or that you have to pay for bike lockers (we were told they were free). They also have a 10 day cancellation policy for booked rooms. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbour's a lot.

The breakout spaces are great. Wi-Fi works well. It is clean and tidy. It looks professional and can host people there. Location is great with lots around the office.

Radka & front desk crew here at Spaces Wilton Road make each visit memorable & welcoming. A fantastic place to run our collective businesses and amazing venue from the minute you walk in.

The reception staff is always very helpful, including sorting out technical problems, such as Wi-Fi connection.

Shambolic organisation. Poor customer service. Homeless person sleeping in the showers in our building (Victoria). Lights in our office did not work for more than a month. Leak in our office for 3 months. Heating also not working for several months. Would not recommend people working with this organisation in the future.

One of the best shared working spaces in London. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above / beyond every time. Highly recommend.

Update to my review (14 Nov, 2023)

The city manager contacted me after this review was posted, I met with him to re-explain what the problem is (neighbouring office to us said they had raised the same problem before us many times to no avail). He said he will look into it, and when I asked what's the time frame to rectify the problem, I didn't hear back anymore. I will keep updating this review weekly as things progress (or not).

They have aggressive contracts, care little about their customers, and their offices are anything but private. You can hear everything from next door as if they are sitting next to you. Once you are trapped in a contract you have no way out no matter how miserable you are in their space.

The price is very attractive but the service is quite poor - every month there is something wrong with the invoicing. First month, the amount was wrong, second month they invoiced the retainer a second time. I emailed about it on Sept 1st and it’s now Oct 5th and still no response… having to chase them to sort out their own invoicing…

Radka and the front desk team are always very helpful, attentive and professional. They are quick to help with any issues we have in the office.
