Safestore - Dunstable Bewertungen 

Thanks to Luke and Basil at Safestore Dunstable for excellent service and customer care. Always friendly and explained the unit hiring process very clearly for me. Much appreciated.

Very poor customer service service and not helpful only I been using them 3to 4years and been to different safe storage but Dunstable one was a worse experience would not recommend to anyone

Was very helpful and explained everything to me very clear. They were happy to support me and answer any questions I had and gave me the best deals. Highly recommend.

Having visited the Safestore in Dunstable Beds l was greeted by the Manager Luke.
I had previously spoken to Luke on the phone and was very apprehensive about using these facilities. Luke kindly reassured me and gave me an open invitation to visit the store at my leisure.

I took him up on this offer and actually went near to closing time.
Regardless of the closing time Luke gave me a great in-depth tour of the units and the terms and conditions of the hire.

I wasn’t intending to actually make a decision on the day but actually did.

I can say that l feel confident to have my items within this facility and would highly recommend the store.

Would also say that after speaking to several facilities like this Safestore tops it.

Poor service, invoice shows a price for a time scale, discussed the amount it would be for the time scale, then after the 1st they take a payment from you, called customer service they said they will get store to call back ‘no call back’ went back to site and discussed payment and with them and they said you will get payment returned at termination, then that back tracked at termination . I am planning to take further as statement has a figure for a time period but it had ended being double, should of gone elsewhere

Turned up today to collect some items and found the reception closed and the shutter down. Called the store number which was transfered to a main number. The woman I spoke to was helpful but had to get her supervisor to check if the store was closed. I was informed that the member of staff was with another customer and I would have to wait, which I was unable to do and had to leave.

I understand that staff have to deal with other customers but I didn't need to speak to a staff member and just wanted to access my unit during the hours that I have been told I would be able to do that.

I have been to see Storage king and Storage mart and both allow their customers to access their unit by using an individual code or fob. Safestore is seriously lacking in the access they allow their customers. I would not recommend or use them again.

My impression so far is that the customer service is absolutely amazing!

I never had to use a storage company before so I was a bit apprehensive about it. But I had nothing to worry about: everyone I dealt with from the Safestore in Dunstable has been amazingly helpful and reassuring.

Jason White patiently explained how things worked and sent me all the info I needed. His two colleagues at the site in Dunstable were very helpful too (unfortunately I can’t remember their names). One of them called me the day before I was due to bring my stuff to be stored to make sure I was ok with everything and to answer any questions I might have. All of them were patient with me while I was bombarding them with lots of questions/ concerns and gave me as much information as possible and came out of their way to help.
