Great experience from the initial ordering process to collection from the local store.

Received standard email from richer sounds and noticed the price of the TV I had recently purchased had dropped by £50. Completed the online price promise form and had a call from Jay around an hour later to arrange the refund. No quibbles, all sorted quickly and refund appeared in my bank account a couple of days later. Excellent service.

I bought a TV through richer sounds, picked it up from the Maidstone store and they were great, friendly and courteous..the ordering was easy, great company with great personal service..
I thought a part was missing and emailed them and received a really helpful and intelligent email back asking me to check the packaging and of course it was all my fault but they were really courteous..

Placed the order Sunday, received confirmation, called the store Monday as I had specific plans to collect it on Wednesday. Received confirmation that delivery was due Tuesday so I could collect from then. I received a call Tuesday and spoke to another person who confirmed it was now available, we spoke about it, the screen required, the setup and other geeky stuff that only someone like me who had spent months looking this product up and someone who knew their product would have been able to do. Arranged to collect Wednesday, walked in, spoke to one person who got the product from our the back, confirmed who I was, asked if I needed anything else, any help etc. I didn't and I was off, back to the car and back home to start the long-winded process of building my ALR frame and then setting up the projector.

It's simply amazing btw, the Hisense PX3 Pro is just phenomenal.

In summary, a great product, a good price, excellent, professional service and for me that's all any of us needs. Well unless something goes wrong and then from previous experience Richer will smash that as well!!
