I spoke to Jacob regarding availability and condition of a clearance item. He was very friendly and helpful. He put the item aside for me pending online payment and then arranged delivery. The item arrived a couple of days later and I am very pleased with it.

Been using this branch (Hanley) since it opened, and Richer Sounds since (I think) 1983 (Stockport) for a procession of hifi separates, and more recently (or this century at least!) TVs. As ever, they provided what I was seeking- in this case a clearance record deck on a fixed (limited) budget. Always quick to offer alternatives and to ensure that all deals and discounts are applied. Happy longtime customer.
