Everytime I m going this place everytime wrong they never sort it my problem
My all family going this place we never going again.I paid £670 for disc and pads they did changed brand new next day it has been big scratch again I went there again they said they will changed for new one
I went there for changing I left my car when my car ready they was going to call me but they didn't
After 3 hours I came to this place they said part came wrong they didnt nothing I have been waiting 3 hours for nothing
Now they saying when they recived the part they will call me but I don't think they will call me
They said me if they changing the part they want £100 pound for labour
They are not doing they are job properly
Not happy not going there again

Prompt friendly service. Good price. All on time. Issue was when I drove away tyre light came on as the tyres were under inflated. Stopped at next service station to inflate correctly

Had four new tyres fitted at Matlock. Afterwards noticed a locking nut and cover missing. Went back and spoke to "M" who said maybe it was because they hadn't been retorqued and as a "gesture of goodwill " they would find a nut. I complained that it was poor service. Eventually he said he would do something.

Seven days go by - nothing. I contact again - spoke to "T" who knew nothing about it. He said would speak to management. Nothing happened.

I went back again. In conversation it turned out the locking nut was broken on refitting the wheel - so the garage knew about it but did not tell me - returning the car with a missing wheel nut - DANGEROUS

At the time and when I went back they did not tell me what had happened - DISHONEST

Eventually I went to VW and bought a new set of locking nuts - DISINTERESTED

Based on this DO NOT USE THEM EVER !

I found the staff uninterested, on collection of my vehicle I was passed the keys, I had to ask if everything was okay with my car, I was informed that my brakes require attention, when asked for a rough estimate, I was told it would be a lot as it's a range rover, I asked could I be provided with a cost via email so I could get it done, to this date I have still not even received a quotation, I find this very hard to understand as people are going out of their way to get your business, obviously not in this case

Easy to book online and then very helpful and prompt service to have the tyre changed.

On arrival, I thought I wouldn't be long as there was nobody else there and just two fitters who didn't appear to be doing a lot. I was told to see the manager in the office who said I had to leave my car keys with him and that they would be about an hour which I thought was quite a long time considering the place was empty and normally at other tyre places you stay with your car until the finish. However, it was done within the hour when I got back from a walk but I noticed that the drivers seat was moved right back and the auto climate was switched on. Why? Seems an odd thing to do when changing a wheel.

Service was 'casual'... I wasd disappointed that the technician didn't remind me that I would need my tracking checked, especially as I had had uneven wear on the old tyre

Less choice on tyres and batteries. No longer store winter or summer customer tyres

Car tyres checked. Replacement sourced and fitted at time that suited me. All good!!

Easy and quick

Quite happy with service, staff attitude and response to all queries.
Only problem was cost. (my problem due to my choice of vehicle )

Service was helpful and friendly but despite paying for tyer balancing this was not done or not done properly and I had to take it back to be sorted.
