Staff were excellent, I arrived on time by appointment, they knew who I was and the tyres which had to be fitted straight away.
The garage was rather busy and so running a little behind time for which the manager apologised.
It wasn't long before my car was taken in, the new tyres fitted and the wheels swapped front to back as I had requested, which was FOC.
All together first class, will use again and I have already recommended Protyre to a friend.

The staff were friendly and helpful but had to return vehicle as a part of the repair had to be corrected however it was sorted straight away
labour rates are also higher than other garages but nature of fault limited the distance I could travel and protyre was the closest garage
generally good for tyres exhaust but due to labour rates charge would think twice about using for other major repairs

Fixed the exhaust one week then had a defect on the mot this week, they changed the brake discs and pads last year, told me this year they needed changing again or it would fail the MOT, only when I raised it did they say it was suddenly under warranty! Not a good experience at all!

Booked in for new tyres and wheel alignment, explained steering wheel would need to be centred before alignment. Collected car and car was pulling more then when dropped off. I returned and offered a refund which after 2 weeks still hasn’t arrived. Called and left a voicemail but still no call back or refund. Incorrect tyres fitted ordered 225/45/18 but upon inspection when getting home have had 215/50/18 fitted again tried to call had to leave voicemail but no call back or refund.

Popped in while shopping for 2 new tyres, all sorted in half hour. Friendly guy on reception.
