Walking boots purchase
From the moment I entered the shop, Daniel could not have been more helpful. I needed some walking boots for a 29km walk I am doing in March. I told him I needed boots with comfort and waterproofing . Daniel was very knowledgeable and showed me three boots, advising which were best when I tried them on. He also helped with recommending suitable cushioned socks ( which I bought). I left the shop confident I had bought the right kit. Daniel was absolutely spot on with the durability and comfort of the boots. Really happy with the service I received. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Gary, in the Millets store in Guernsey, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.
I was looking for walking shoes, hiking boots and clip on snow crampons all of which I bought and all of which are just what I needed.

Fantastic customer service
Chantelle and her colleague at the Guernsey store were friendly and very helpful. I needed to buy a sturdy rainjacket and ended up going to the store 3 times that day due to my indecision and browsing other shops. They were so patient and helped me each time with trying on various options. They sourced extra information on the products and helped me work out what I needed for my trip. I left with a good pair of overtrousers and raincoat.

I was in the Guernsey store looking for…
I was in the Guernsey store looking for some shoes and a young lady who I think was called Daisy with a sunflower lanyard helped me out. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products but her friendly and kind welcome made a huge difference. What a credit to the store she is! A chap called Gary also helped with some technical knowledge about the tread and the suitability for what I’d be doing.
Absolutely super service from Daisy and Gary.

Friendly service helped me find exactly what I needed
Went into Millets twice this week to find some cargo trousers for an upcoming expedition.
Was served by Dan and Leyla both times and received excellent customer service as they helped me find the most suitable pairs for what I needed, going out of their way to check the store room as I was rather picky with sizing, features, price, etc. They were friendly and very patient.
Came out satisfied with 2 pairs of trousers!

Very helpful
Very helpful, very understanding, accepting & informative and helped me finish my collection of comfy jumpers. Gary & Daniel was their names & they were completely accommodating & ordered some more jumpers straight to my house which I thank them for a lot.
