Brilliant service and attention from Hearing Aid Dispenser. So considerate towards my elderly Father and went out of his way to sort him out.
Very grateful.

First time visiting and had a great experience. Debbie made me feel at ease from the moment the appointment started. She explained everything that would happen and again as the appointment progressed. Didn’t think I had that much ear wax but turns out both ears were full! Debbie managed to get both ears clear in the one session. The other good thing, unlike other places, is that they don’t charge per ear, which was a relief, and I got both my ears clear.

A hearing test was included for free which was also good (I’m 46 but always good to check) but all was perfect. Debbie also checked inside my ear in general in case there were any other issues but thankfully there were none.

All in all a great value for money experience and would recommend 100%.

This was my first experience of Hidden Hearing in St Albans - for ear wax removal. It was wonderful experience - I was warmly greeted by the lady on the desk and the associate who did the procedure - Megan - couldn’t have been more professional. Absolutely perfect

First of all the test was done in my home as I did not want to drive 5 miles, pay for parking etc. I also suspected my hearing was perfect and that it would be a waste of time. I was wrong. Colin was very clear in his instructions and explanations throughout the procedure. At the end he had programmed a set of hearing aids so I could see what it was like to wear them. Excellent service.

Very patient with my problems with using the app and it was a very relaxed experience.

Had some ear impressions created here in order to get custom made ear plugs for swimming.
The audiologist declined to read the instruction sheet provided by Snugs and insisted he'd completed so many ear impressions (especially for them) that he knew exactly what he needed to do for them. He caused a tremendous amount of pain in my ear canal scrapping his took against it that I had to twice ask him to be careful and he basically ignored me.
The impressions he then created weren't even partial. They did not go deep enough (both bends) nor did they include the helix portion of my ear. Subsequently the product Snugs then custom made for me based on these impressions did not even remotely fit my ears.

I called up reception and discussed above and they were happy for me to come back and see the other audiologist who works here to re-do these again for free. This second attempt was far more successful and the audiologist was very gentle and did a through and complete impression. This is why its a 2* and not a 1* review.

Hidden Hearing's consultant was very good. Attentive to my mother-in-law's questions and left us feeling very reassured.

Office very clean, people extremely friendly, audiologist very thorough and explained everything clearly.

Very informative explained everything have one time to think over everything not pushy.

The audiologist explained everything very well and the whole process was very easy. The recommended aids were OK but more expensive than expected.

The delayed appointment due to circumstances beyond their control was a slight irritation. Cancellation and making another appointment when we had already travelled to the appointment seemed the worst option when we were told that we needed to wait for an hour for the new appointment. The actual wait was more than an hour and a half. The appointment took much longer than the 45mins suggested by the receptionist.

Overall a good experience but more clarity about timing would be helpful

The gentleman who I saw was very knowledgable polite and
Made every test easy to perform. It’s not easy suffering from hesring loss . In the end he demonstrated the new aids and the new technology that has gone into them which was marvellous but the cost was way out of my reach more the pity.

Great company been with them for years and enjoying my new hearing aid and the service I get to care for the aid and ensure they are working well. First was hatch end now with St Albans

The service I received was exceptional from Mr Mubashi Ali.
I walked into an appointment expecting some possible improvements to my hearing and walked out with an amazing improvement to my hearing via the instruments provided to me on the day.
I would recommend anyone with hearing aids which are not up to date to try your service.
